【摘要】:随着城市快速发展和节能理念在生产建设各个行业的不断落实,需要设计建造节能的城市道路,研究并构建城市道路节能评价体系是建造节能型城市道路的必要工作之一。本文以城市道路的节能为研究对象,结合国内外研究成果和实践经验,研究我国城市道路节能评价体系的构建和应用方法,重点研究城市道路节能评价体系的构建过程,本文的主要工作包括如下几个方面: 1.结合可持续发展和绿色交通理念,丰富和定义了城市道路节能的概念,并在此基础上界定城市道路节能的本质和实现途径,通过分析城市道路全寿命周期的资源能耗特点,得到在规划设计阶段对城市道路进行节能评价是较为合理的。 2.通过对城市道路规模确定、选线设计、路面结构设计、附属设施设计四个阶段的节能影响因素分析,得到初拟的城市道路节能评价因素指标。 3.采用DelPhi法和AHP法对城市道路节能评价初拟指标进行筛选和优化,确定评价指标体系可分为目标层、准则层、子准则层、指标等四个层次以及交通目标、节能目标、环保目标三个维度。在此基础上,采用理论分析法、样本分析法和Delphi法,给出城市道路建设项目节能评价体系定量评价指标的阈值建议值:采用直线型、折线型无量纲化处理方法和模糊隶属度函数解决评价指标单位及数量级一致性问题;并给出城市道路建设项目节能评价体系各级指标的权重。建立城市道路节能评价指标体系综合评价方法。 4.依据本文建立的城市道路建设项目节能评价指标体系,对马鞍山市江东大道道路改造工程两套规划设计方案进行实例研究,通过对各方案进行节能评价和评价结果分析,验证了方案二具有更好的节能效果。初步验证城市道路建设项目节能评价指标体系的可行性和实用意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the city and the implementation of the concept of energy conservation in the production and construction of various industries, it is necessary to design and build energy-saving urban roads. It is necessary to study and construct the energy conservation evaluation system of urban roads. This paper takes the energy saving of urban roads as the research object, combined with the domestic and foreign research results and practical experience. This paper studies the construction and application of energy conservation evaluation system of urban roads in China, and focuses on the construction process of energy conservation evaluation system of urban roads. The main work of this paper includes the following aspects: 1. Combine the concept of sustainable development and green transportation, enrich and define the concept of urban road energy conservation, and on this basis, define the essence of urban road energy conservation and the way to achieve it. By analyzing the characteristics of energy consumption in the whole life cycle of urban roads, it is concluded that it is more reasonable to evaluate the energy saving of urban roads in the planning and design stage. 2. Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the energy saving in the four stages of the determination of urban road scale, the route selection design, the pavement structure design and the ancillary facilities design, the indexes of the preliminary evaluation factors for the urban road energy conservation are obtained. 3. DelPhi method and AHP method are used to screen and optimize the initial indexes of urban road energy conservation evaluation, and the evaluation index system can be divided into target layer, criterion layer and sub-criterion layer. Indicators and other four levels of traffic goals, energy conservation goals, environmental protection objectives three dimensions. On this basis, the use of theoretical analysis, sample analysis and Delphi method. The threshold value of quantitative evaluation index of energy conservation evaluation system of urban road construction project is given: linear type is adopted. Linear dimensionless processing method and fuzzy membership function to solve the evaluation index unit and order of magnitude consistency problem; The weight of indexes at all levels in the energy conservation evaluation system of urban road construction projects is given and the comprehensive evaluation method of energy conservation evaluation index system for urban roads is established. 4.According to the energy saving evaluation index system of urban road construction project established in this paper, two sets of planning and design schemes of road reconstruction project of Jiangdong Da Road in Ma'anshan City are studied by examples. Through the analysis of the energy conservation evaluation and evaluation results of each scheme, it is verified that the second scheme has better energy saving effect, and the feasibility and practical significance of the energy saving evaluation index system of urban road construction project are preliminarily verified.
