【摘要】:随着贵州省火电工业的迅速发展,大量燃煤电厂投产使用,贵州已成为我国电力资源输出的重点省份。然而粉煤灰排量也同步增长,只有很小部分被回收利用,大部分粉煤灰被闲置,造成严重的环境污染及土地资源浪费,并将制约贵州省电力工业发展,如何大量利用粉煤灰的是急需解决的问题,而将粉煤灰大量有效用于公路建设是解决难题的重要途径之一。 本文首先对贵州省各主要火力发电厂及其粉煤灰的排放量和利用量进行了实地调查,概括了贵州省粉煤灰的主要分布情况,并根据该分布情况和贵州省高速公路网规划选取了五个具有代表性的电厂排放的粉煤灰,进行粉煤灰的物理性能、化学指标、力学特性和工程特性的研究,得到了粉煤灰的基本性能参数,结合规范评价了贵州高速公路沿线粉煤灰作为工程结构物原材料的适用性。 依据杭瑞高速公路贵州境遵义至毕节段软基处理说明,分析贵州山区地形地貌特征及其软土地基的特点,进行试验研究得出该路段软基的重度、饱和重度、粘聚力等有关参数,为理论计算提供可靠的参数。简要分析贵州省高速公路软土地基处理的主要方法及技术特点,为提出新的软基路段道路修筑方法做准备。 分析路堤的破坏形式,弄清粉煤灰路堤的主要破坏类型,作为路堤稳定性分析的依据,用有限元软件PLAXIS,模拟软土地基上的粉煤灰路堤。结合贵州山区软土地基的特点,针对某一厚度的软土层上不同断面路堤进行稳定性、应力及变形计算,对不同路堤高度及坡度的计算结果比较分析,根据粉煤灰路堤的变形及受力情况,找到合理的粉煤灰路堤设计方案,为工程处理找到正确设计方法和施工步骤。最后通过粉煤灰路堤试验路总结了煤灰路堤的施工工艺并进行经济分析,为以后贵州地区进行这类路基的设计和施工提供参考。 本文在总结国内外粉煤灰在道路工程中的应用途径和使用状况的基础上,结合贵州省粉煤灰的实际情况和高速公路建设现状,研究了粉煤灰筑路的适用性以及经济性。结果显示,在贵州省利用粉煤灰筑路切实可行,为贵州省的粉煤灰综合利用开拓了新途径,为贵州省的公路建设开发了新的筑路材料。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of thermal power industry in Guizhou Province, a large number of coal-fired power plants have been put into use, Guizhou has become the key province of power resources export in China. Most of the fly ash is idle, resulting in serious environmental pollution and waste of land resources, and will restrict the development of electric power industry in Guizhou Province, how to make full use of fly ash is an urgent problem to be solved. The effective use of fly ash in highway construction is one of the most important ways to solve the problem. In this paper, first of all, the discharge and utilization of fly ash from main thermal power plants in Guizhou province are investigated, and the main distribution of fly ash in Guizhou province is summarized. According to the distribution situation and the highway network planning of Guizhou Province, five representative power plant fly ash emissions were selected to study the physical properties, chemical indexes, mechanical properties and engineering characteristics of fly ash. The basic performance parameters of fly ash are obtained, and the applicability of fly ash along Guizhou expressway as raw material for engineering structures is evaluated. According to the soft foundation treatment of the section from Zunyi to Bijie in Hangzhou and Rui Expressway, the characteristics of terrain and geomorphology in Guizhou mountainous area and the characteristics of soft soil foundation are analyzed. In order to provide reliable parameters for theoretical calculation, this paper briefly analyzes the main methods and technical characteristics of soft soil foundation treatment of expressway in Guizhou Province, and makes preparations for proposing a new road construction method for soft foundation section. The failure form of embankment is analyzed, and the main failure types of flyash embankment are clarified. As the basis of stability analysis of embankment, the finite element software PLAXIS is used. The fly ash embankment on soft soil foundation is simulated. According to the characteristics of soft soil foundation in Guizhou mountainous area, the stability, stress and deformation of different sections of embankment in a certain thickness of soft soil are calculated. According to the deformation and stress of fly ash embankment, the reasonable design scheme of fly ash embankment is found out by comparing and analyzing the calculation results of different embankment height and slope. Find out the correct design method and construction procedure for the project treatment. Finally, summarize the construction technology of the coal ash embankment and carry on the economic analysis through the fly ash embankment test road. It provides a reference for the design and construction of this kind of subgrade in Guizhou area. On the basis of summing up the application and application of fly ash in road engineering at home and abroad, combining with the actual situation of fly ash in Guizhou province and the present situation of highway construction. The applicability and economy of fly ash road construction are studied. The results show that it is feasible to use fly ash in Guizhou province, which opens up a new way for comprehensive utilization of fly ash in Guizhou province. A new road construction material has been developed for the highway construction in Guizhou province.
