高模量沥青混凝土路面研究

【摘要】:随着我国交通建设的进一步发展,恶劣环境条件下的公路将会越来越多。当各种不利因素如高温、低温、降水、重载等出现时,沥青路面很容易出现车辙、开裂、剥落等病害,这严重影响了路面的使用性能。为解决此类问题,,沥青改性技术和沥青混合料改性技术相继出现,并在工程实践中应用,取得了较好的效果。与普通沥青混合料相比,高模量沥青混合料具有良好的高温抗变形能力。高模量沥青的高粘性及其混合料的高模量、高强度特点为我国高温地区沥青路面早期车辙损坏、疲劳损坏和水损坏等问题,提供一种新的思路和解决问题的办法。 近年来,我国在甘肃、青海等气温较低的地区新建的公路逐步增加。而改性热拌沥青混合料的施工温度要求普遍较高,在较低环境温度下施工和易性变差,容易导致路面的早期开裂。掺加PRLT的沥青混合料能够使施工温度降低至130℃左右,且具有高出基质沥青混合料较多的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性及水稳定性,是解决寒冷地区热拌沥青混合料施工的有效措施。 基于我国环境恶劣地区对沥青路面的更高的要求,对高模量沥青混合料、掺加PRLT的沥青混合料进行材料组成设计;从路用性能、力学特性等方面对改性沥青混合料进行评价,并与天然沥青改性沥青混合料进行对比,研究其适用性。 研究表明,就高温性能而言,PR PLAST.S对提高沥青混合料高温稳定性的改善效果好于PR MODULE,两者均远好于天然沥青。且PRM和PRS对提高沥青混合料的水稳性能和疲劳性能也有显著的作用;对混合料的低温抗裂性有一定的改善。PRMODULE对混合料静态模量和动态模量提高显著。在低温下成型的PRLT改性沥青混合料同样具有较高的性能,可有效解决寒冷地区施工温度难以控制的问题。
[Abstract]:With the further development of traffic construction in China, there will be more and more highways under the harsh environment. When a variety of adverse factors such as high temperature, low temperature, precipitation, heavy load and so on, asphalt pavement is prone to rut. Cracking, spalling and other diseases have seriously affected the performance of pavement. In order to solve this problem, asphalt modification technology and asphalt mixture modification technology have emerged one after another, and applied in engineering practice. Compared with ordinary asphalt mixture, high modulus asphalt mixture has good high temperature deformation resistance, high modulus asphalt high viscosity and high modulus. The characteristics of high strength provide a new way of thinking and solution for the early rutting damage, fatigue damage and water damage of asphalt pavement in high temperature area of China. In recent years, the number of newly built highways in Gansu, Qinghai and other regions with low temperature has gradually increased. However, the construction temperature of modified hot mix asphalt mixture is generally higher, and the construction and ease of construction become worse at lower ambient temperature.
