公路工程项目施工3D可视化动态管理技术研究

【摘要】:本论文以巴中市政基础设施及安置房建设工程项目中的杨家沟特大桥为例,从工序施工组织管理角度,综合运用虚拟现实技术、已获价值、显著性成本等理论方法,并通过开发和应用虚拟动态优化管理软件系统,对该工程的工期、成本、质量、安全和环保进行3D可视化动态管理。主要包括以下内容:首先确定该工程的控制目标。施工前,根据公路桥梁工程的施工特点和技术要求,在广泛收集各工种、专业技术、施工、管理数据资料的基础上,运甩WBS工程分解法、PERT网络技术、CS显著性理论等技术方法,来确定公路工程工期、成本、质量、安全和环保的控制目标。其次建立公路工程控制目标的动态管理模型。在施工过程中,运用PERT关键线路法、CS显著性理论、EVM已获价值理论、PDCA循环管理和虚拟技术等建立3D动态优化管理模型,是管理者能够直观形象地掌握已完工程情况,及时得分析施工中存在的问题和原因,并对以后可能出现的问题进行预测,制定预控措施,建立数据库,不断循环优化控制施工过程,以达到缩短工期、降低成本、保证质量和安全并且达到环保目标的目的。通过计算机系统的直观形象的展示过程和桥梁实际工程进行相互比对,能让管理者通过该系统能从宏观的角度对整个桥梁工程的施工过程进行管理,能够随时、随地通过计算机虚拟可视化系统(相当于在决策管理者面前摆放一个项目沙盘),对相应管理跨度和范围的已完工程情况的总体和局部(详细)情况(工期、质量、成本、结构部位)能够一目了然,对下一阶段要进行的工作情况、要解决的施工主要问题和采取的预控措施能够成竹在胸,使交通项目施工处于各级管理层全天候24小时可控、可视监控当中,从而大大提升项目施工管理效率和水平。
[Abstract]:This paper takes Yangjiagou Bridge in Bazhong Municipal Infrastructure and Placement House Construction Project as an example, from the perspective of process construction organization and management, the application of virtual reality technology has gained value. Significant cost and other theoretical methods, and through the development and application of virtual dynamic optimization management software system, the project duration, cost, quality. 3D visual dynamic management of safety and environmental protection. The main contents are as follows: firstly, the control target of the project is determined. Before construction, according to the construction characteristics and technical requirements of highway and bridge engineering. On the basis of collecting all kinds of work, professional technology, construction and management data, the WBS project decomposition method and Pert network technology and CS significance theory are developed. Secondly, the dynamic management model of highway engineering control goal is established. In the construction process, the PERT key line method is used. CS significance theory EVM has been obtained value theory PDCA cycle management and virtual technology to establish 3D dynamic optimization management model, so that managers can grasp the completed project situation intuitively and vividly. Timely analysis of the problems and causes of construction, and possible problems in the future to predict, formulate pre-control measures, establish a database, continuous cycle optimization control of the construction process, in order to shorten the construction period. Reduce costs, ensure quality and safety, and achieve the goal of environmental protection. Through the computer system visual display process and bridge actual engineering to compare with each other. Through this system, managers can manage the construction process of the whole bridge project from the macro point of view, can be at any time. Anywhere through a computer virtual visualization system (equivalent to placing a project sand table in front of decision makers), the overall and partial (detailed) situation (duration) of the completed project of the corresponding span and scope is managed. Quality, cost, structural location) can be clear at a glance, to the next phase of the work to be carried out, to solve the main construction problems and pre-control measures can be taken in mind. The traffic project construction can be controlled 24 hours a day in all levels of management, visual monitoring, thus greatly improving the efficiency and level of project construction management.
