高寒隧道温度场分布规律及防寒保温技术研究

【摘要】:近年来,在高海拔寒冷地区修建的隧道越来越多。由于高寒隧道所处的气候条件十分恶劣,在设计与施工中就需要考虑采取有效的措施来消除或减缓冻害现象的发生。论文以G214线姜路岭隧道为依托,采用现场实测结合数值计算的方法分析了在施工阶段高寒隧道的温度场分布规律。并在此基础上系统地阐述了高寒隧道所采用的防寒保温措施。主要内容包括: ①分析现场监测所得的实测数据,,总结得到隧道环境温度与围岩温度的变化规律。 ②介绍岩土传热学的基本理论,并运用数值计算的办法,探讨了刚开挖未支护时围岩温度场随暴露时间的变化规律。建立三维模型,分析了在未设置保温隔热层时围岩温度场的变化规律,并与现场实测数据进行比较。 ③通过对保温隔热材料的调研与实验检测,选出最优的保温层材料。采用数值计算分析比较了不同敷设方式、不同的导热系数、不同厚度时保温层的保温效果。还分析了采用不同弹性模量保温隔热层时衬砌及保温层的受力。并以此提出了保温隔热层设置的几点意见。最后建立三维模型分析了加设保温层后围岩温度场变化规律。 ④介绍论文依托工程—姜路岭隧道所采取的防寒保温措施。主要包括在洞口边仰坡保温设置遮阳网、洞顶处布设热棒,还包括低温早期混凝土施工中采取的保温措施、防排水系统保温措施及洞口设置防雪棚等。 ⑤姜路岭隧道在设计中创新性地提出了在主洞中间之间设置泄水洞,采用数值模拟分析的方法探究了在两主洞中间不同位置处设置泄水洞时围岩冻融圈的变化规律,在理论上验证了该设计的合理性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, more and more tunnels have been built in the cold area at high altitude. In the design and construction of the need to take effective measures to eliminate or slow down the occurrence of freezing damage phenomenon. The distribution law of temperature field of alpine tunnel in construction stage is analyzed by using the method of field measurement and numerical calculation. On the basis of this, the measures of preventing cold and heat preservation adopted in alpine tunnel are systematically expounded. The main contents are as follows:. The results are as follows: (1) by analyzing the measured data obtained from field monitoring, the variation law of tunnel ambient temperature and surrounding rock temperature is summarized. 2. The basic theory of geotechnical heat transfer is introduced, and the variation law of surrounding rock temperature field with exposure time is discussed by numerical calculation method, and the three-dimensional model is established. The variation law of surrounding rock temperature field without thermal insulation layer is analyzed and compared with the field measured data. 3 through the investigation and experimental examination of the insulation material, the optimal insulating layer material is selected. Different laying methods and different thermal conductivity are analyzed and compared by numerical calculation. The thermal insulation effect of insulation layer with different thickness is analyzed. The stress of lining and insulation layer with different elastic modulus is also analyzed. Based on this, some opinions on the setting of insulation layer are put forward. Finally, the three-dimensional model is established. The variation law of surrounding rock temperature field after adding insulation layer is analyzed. 4. The paper introduces the measures to prevent cold and heat preservation adopted by Jiangluling tunnel, which mainly include setting sunshade net on the slope of the side of the hole and placing hot bars at the top of the tunnel. It also includes the heat preservation measures adopted in the low temperature early concrete construction, the insulation measures of the waterproof and drainage system and the snow-proof shed at the opening of the tunnel. 5. In the design of Jiangluling tunnel, it is proposed to set up the drainage tunnel between the main tunnel and the middle of the tunnel. By using the method of numerical simulation, the variation law of surrounding rock freeze-thaw circle in different places between the two main tunnels is explored, and the rationality of the design is verified theoretically.
