区域海域跨海大桥防腐涂层修复设备的实现与研究

【摘要】:跨海大桥作为一种道路交通设施,已经为经济的发展和社会的进步起到了巨大的推进作用。随着我国经济水平的不断提高,跨海大桥的数量也在逐日的增多。由于跨海大桥所处的海洋环境具有很强的腐蚀性,所以腐蚀是影响跨海大桥使用寿命的主要因素之一。目前预防腐蚀的最好的方法就是防腐涂层的利用,但是防腐涂层随着时间的累积也会老化脱落,所以修复防腐涂层成为跨海大桥后期保养与维护的主要问题。然而,,目前修复防腐涂层的机械设备相对稀少。 于是本论文主要探讨了跨海大桥防腐涂层修复设备的实现与研究相关的知识,首先介绍了海洋腐蚀环境的危害因素以及跨海大桥混凝土结构腐蚀破坏的机理。由于海洋环境对跨海大桥混凝土结构存在着强烈的腐蚀破坏性,所以防腐涂层是目前应用最广的防腐措施。然后本文又讨论了关于防腐涂层的作用及自身的失效分析,由于防腐涂层的失效脱落,本文着重研究了一种跨海大桥混凝土防腐涂层修复设备的设计和主要结构架的可行性分析。修复设备主要有底架、上架和工作箱组成,为了实现其修复功能,在结构架上增添了驱动装置(纵横向伺服电机),传动装置(丝杠导轨)和工作装置(钢丝刷、涂料喷嘴、烘干孔和吸尘孔)等辅助部件。最后利用Pro/E软件对结构架进行了实体建模,然后使用ANSYS有限元软件对结构架进行了静力分析和模态分析,验证了结构架的可行性。 此修复设备实现了机械化施工,代替了目前的人力施工,降低了劳动强度并且提高了工作效率。
[Abstract]:As a kind of road traffic facilities, cross-sea bridge has played a great role in promoting the economic development and social progress. The number of cross-sea bridges is also increasing day by day, because the marine environment of the bridge is very corrosive. So corrosion is one of the main factors affecting the service life of cross-sea bridge. At present, the best way to prevent corrosion is the use of anticorrosive coating, but the anticorrosive coating will age and fall off with the accumulation of time. Therefore, repairing anticorrosive coating has become the main problem in the later maintenance of cross-sea bridge. However, at present, the mechanical equipment for repairing anticorrosive coating is relatively rare. So this paper mainly discusses the knowledge about the realization and research of anticorrosive coating repair equipment of cross-sea bridge. Firstly, the paper introduces the harmful factors of marine corrosion environment and the mechanism of concrete structure corrosion damage of cross-sea bridge. Because of marine environment, there is a strong corrosion damage to the concrete structure of cross-sea bridge. So the anticorrosive coating is the most widely used anticorrosive measure at present. Then this paper discusses the function of the anticorrosive coating and its own failure analysis because of the failure of the anticorrosive coating. This paper focuses on the design of a concrete anticorrosive coating repair equipment for cross-sea bridge and the feasibility analysis of the main structural frame. The repair equipment mainly consists of underframe, upper frame and work box, in order to achieve its repair function. The drive device (longitudinal and horizontal servo motor), drive device (lead screw guide) and working device (wire brush, paint nozzle) are added to the structure frame. Finally, Pro/E software is used to model the structure frame, and then ANSYS finite element software is used to carry out static analysis and modal analysis. The feasibility of the structure frame is verified. This repair equipment realizes mechanized construction, replaces the present manpower construction, reduces the labor intensity and improves the working efficiency.
