重庆市高速公路简支连续梁桥建设后评估方法与体系研究

【摘要】:在我国桥梁建设高速发展的今天,在通过对已有桥梁建设情况的总结、研究(即桥梁后评估)来促进后续桥梁建设方面还很不足,然而桥梁建设特别是一些新型桥梁建设中的某些问题,由于缺乏前期研究与实验,致使桥梁存在“先天不足”的现象,一些有普遍性的问题始终得不到解决,工程质量缺陷反复出现;另一方面,由于建设任务繁重,导致了人们观念上的重建设轻养护,而未能从桥梁设计、施工质量这一源头上去认识桥梁管养,,致使一些“问题”在桥梁管养中始终存在并普遍出现。因此,非常需要对桥梁建设情况实施“回头看”,即展开桥梁建设后评估,以便总结经验,改进桥梁设计、施工与养护技术与工艺,不断提高桥梁建设与和养护的质量与水平。 本文对重庆市高速公路简支连续梁桥设计、施工以及运营管养情况进行全面的调查研究,调查研究以查阅设计、施工、管养文件为主,辅以典型路段、典型桥梁的建设情况调查研究和病害分析,找出“建设(设计、施工、管养)”与“桥梁存在问题”之间的关系。对石忠高速公路简支连续梁桥的病害进行调查研究,并对较为典型的桥梁存在的问题进行了调查研究,对其设计、施工以及管养方面进行了评价。 针对重庆市高速公路简支连续梁桥建设速度快、基数大的现状,建立了一个能够反映设计、施工、管养方面,综合性强而又具有针对性的高速公路简支连续梁桥建设后评估方法和体系。将此方法和体系运用于石忠高速公路简支连续梁桥的建设后评估,并进一步运用建设后评估的方法和体系对重庆市部分高速公路路段的简支连续梁桥进行评估,对高速公路简支连续梁桥存在的问题进行总结,并对今后的桥梁设计、施工和运营管养提出建议及对策,为今后桥梁建设以及科学管养进一步完善提供第一手资料和经验借鉴,具有重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:Today, with the rapid development of bridge construction in China, it is still insufficient to promote the subsequent bridge construction by summing up the existing bridge construction situation and studying (that is, bridge post-evaluation). However, some problems in the bridge construction, especially in some new types of bridge construction, due to the lack of early research and experiment, lead to the "natural deficiency" of the bridge, and some universal problems can not be solved all the time. The engineering quality defect appears repeatedly; On the other hand, because of the heavy construction task, people pay more attention to the construction than the maintenance, but fail to understand the bridge management from the source of bridge design and construction quality. As a result, some "problems" always exist in the management and maintenance of bridges. Therefore, it is very necessary to "look back" on the construction of bridges, that is, to carry out post-evaluation of bridge construction in order to sum up experience. Improving the technology and technology of bridge design, construction and maintenance, improving the quality and level of bridge construction and maintenance. This paper makes a comprehensive investigation on the design, construction and operation of the simple supported continuous girder bridge in Chongqing. The investigation and research focus on consulting the design, construction, management and maintenance documents, supplemented by typical sections. Investigation and study of typical bridge construction and disease analysis to find out "construction (design, construction)." The relationship between "management and maintenance)" and "bridge existing problems". The diseases of simple supported continuous beam bridge in Shizhong Expressway were investigated and studied, and the problems existed in more typical bridges were investigated and designed. The construction and management were evaluated. In view of the rapid construction speed and large cardinality of the simple supported continuous girder bridge of Chongqing expressway, a design, construction, management and maintenance aspect is established. A comprehensive and targeted method and system for post-construction evaluation of simply supported continuous girder bridges in Shizhong Expressway is presented. The method and system are applied to the post-construction evaluation of simple supported continuous girder bridges in Shizhong Expressway. And further use the method and system of post-construction evaluation to evaluate the simply supported continuous beam bridge of some sections of expressway in Chongqing, and summarize the existing problems of the simple supported continuous beam bridge of the expressway. Suggestions and countermeasures for future bridge design, construction and management and maintenance are put forward, which will provide first-hand information and experience for further improvement of bridge construction and scientific management and maintenance in the future, which is of great practical significance.
