高速公路改扩建旧路交通设施再利用技术研究

【摘要】:交通设施再利用是节约高速公路改扩建资源和成本的有效途径。基于此本文对安全设施、绿化植被和服务设施进行了系统研究。 结合国内外波形梁护栏标准和实际工程,论文研究制定了护栏外观评价指标及方法,根据评价结果对护栏进行相应分类,设计护栏材料性能和整体性能实验方案。基于以上护栏再利用性能研究,归纳护栏再利用技术和护栏镀锌层腐蚀修复技术。通过外观评价和性能实验,提出交通标志再利用技术。 针对绿化植被再利用技术,,在绿化植被规格和质量标准的基础上,制定出不同类型绿化植被的调查内容,提出了植被生长状况评价内容和方法,并介绍了植被移植技术和注意事项,分析出绿化植被再利用可行性。建立绿化植被再利用经济评价方法模型,以高速公路常见乔木为例,对比新移植被经济成本,具体分析绿化植被再利用经济合理性。 受高速公路改扩建影响,服务区常规布局形式已不能满足需求,提出了以服务设施建筑为中心,客、货停车区立体隔离的布局方案,对服务设施建筑提出改造方案,并设计相应的标志标线,正确引导车流。
[Abstract]:The reuse of traffic facilities is an effective way to save the resources and cost of highway reconstruction and extension. Based on this, the paper makes a systematic study on safety facilities, greening vegetation and service facilities. Combined with the standards and practical engineering of corrugated beam guardrail at home and abroad, this paper studies and formulates the evaluation indexes and methods of guardrail appearance, and classifies the guardrail according to the evaluation results. Based on the research of the reutilization performance of the guardrail, the technology of reusing the guardrail and the corrosion repair technology of the barrier galvanized layer are summarized. The external appearance evaluation and performance experiment are carried out. The reuse technology of traffic signs is put forward. On the basis of greening vegetation specifications and quality standards, the investigation contents of different types of greening vegetation were worked out, and the evaluation contents and methods of vegetation growth status were put forward. And introduced the vegetation transplantation technology and matters needing attention, analyzed the feasibility of green vegetation reuse, established the economic evaluation model of green vegetation reuse, taking common trees on highway as an example. Compared with the economic cost of new transplant, the economic rationality of reusing greening vegetation was analyzed. Under the influence of highway reconstruction and extension, the general layout form of service area can not meet the demand. A layout scheme of stereoscopic isolation of parking area with service facilities as the center, passenger and cargo parking area is put forward. The renovation scheme of service facility building is put forward, and the corresponding marking line is designed to guide the traffic flow correctly.
