高速铁路32m简支箱梁结构噪声研究

【摘要】:自1964年日本建成世界上第一条高速铁路起,世界高速铁路的发展经历了三次高潮,以日本、法国、意大利、德国等最具代表性。我国高速铁路建设起步较晚,但是起点高,发展迅速,并且具备独立自主的高速铁路技术,迎来了我国高速铁路建设的高峰期。伴随着高速铁路的发展,高铁桥梁结构的振动和噪声问题也受到社会越来越多的关注。 本文对比分析了国内外低频噪声的限值和评价标准,为我国完善高速铁路振动、低频噪声评价标准提供科学的理论依据和参考意见。目前针对桥梁结构低频噪声的研究较少,文章致力于辐射噪声的理论分析和数值计算。本文所使用的声辐射边界元法包含时域、频域两种分析方法,对桥梁结构辐射噪声边值问题的研究具有极大优势。 本文基于有限元—边界元理论,以典型的高速铁路32m简支箱梁为模型,考虑了移动荷载列模型和移动质量模型两种简化的荷载模型。首先分析对比了桥梁结构的振动特性和辐射噪声特性,继而进行了桥梁振动、声场噪声的时程分析和频谱分析,最终总结了振动和噪声的传播、衰减规律,以及两者之间的关系。其中,桥梁结构振动的计算采用了通用有限元软件ANSYS的动力分析模块,而辐射噪声采用声学仿真软件Virtual.Lab Acoustics的瞬态边界元模块来计算。本文通过改变桥梁、车辆参数来研究其对振动和辐射噪声的影响程度,为指导工程实践进行减振降噪提供了理论依据。
[Abstract]:Since 1964, when Japan completed the world's first high-speed railway, the development of the world's high-speed railway has experienced three climaxes, to Japan, France, Italy. Germany and other most representative. China's high-speed railway construction started late, but the starting point is high, rapid development, and have independent high-speed railway technology. With the development of high-speed railway, the vibration and noise of high-speed railway bridge have been paid more and more attention by the society. In this paper, the limits and evaluation criteria of low frequency noise at home and abroad are compared and analyzed to improve the vibration of high-speed railway in China. The evaluation standard of low-frequency noise provides scientific theoretical basis and reference opinion. At present, there are few researches on low-frequency noise of bridge structure. This paper is devoted to the theoretical analysis and numerical calculation of radiated noise. The acoustic radiation boundary element method used in this paper includes two analytical methods in time domain and frequency domain. The study of radiated noise boundary value problem of bridge structure has a great advantage. Based on the finite-boundary element theory, this paper takes the typical high-speed railway 32 m simply supported box girder as the model. Two simplified load models, moving load sequence model and moving mass model, are considered. Firstly, the vibration characteristics and radiated noise characteristics of bridge structure are analyzed and compared, and then bridge vibration is carried out. Time history analysis and spectrum analysis of sound field noise, and finally summarized the propagation of vibration and noise, attenuation law, and the relationship between the two. The dynamic analysis module of general finite element software ANSYS is used to calculate the vibration of bridge structure. The radiated noise is calculated by the transient boundary element module of the acoustic simulation software Virtual.Lab Acoustics. The influence of vehicle parameters on vibration and radiated noise is studied, which provides a theoretical basis for engineering practice to reduce vibration and noise.
