寒区油气集散码头工程结构冰载荷预报技术与方法研究

【摘要】:随着海洋经济的不断发展,各国在或长期或短期有海冰覆盖的海域建起了各类工程结构。然而,海冰对近海、海洋结构造成的灾难性事故时有发生,因而研究海冰与结构作用过程中的破坏模式十分必要。此外,冰载荷是寒区海域工程结构物的主要控制载荷。鉴于此,本文通过室内物理模型试验对海冰与结构作用进程和作用在结构上的冰载荷进行了研究。码头工程结构物上所受到的冰载荷水平决定于海冰与结构物的作用过程中海冰的破坏模式,而海冰的破坏模式又由其物理力学性质所决定。因此,本文首先总结了国内外学者对于海冰物理力学性质的研究。在此基础上,本文分析了海冰与结构作用时的破坏模式和冰载荷分析的基础性理论。在总结了冰力学模型试验的特点和应遵循的原则的基础上,本文对高桩承台结构、墩台式靠船结构模型设置了试验条件,安排了试验过程,在天津大学冰力学与冰工程实验室进行了系统的模型试验。以对试验现象观察为基础,对于海冰与两种工程结构作用过程中发生的破坏模式进行了分析;以对试验测量数据进行整理分析为基础,对于该类工程结构物上的冰载荷做出了详尽的预报。结合已发表的文献和本次模型试验的研究,归纳总结了该类工程结构物冰载荷的特点,并对以后的研究方向进行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of marine economy, various engineering structures have been built in the sea areas covered by sea ice in the long or short term. However, the disastrous accidents caused by sea ice to the offshore waters occur from time to time. Therefore, it is necessary to study the failure mode in the process of interaction between sea ice and structure. In addition, ice load is the main control load of engineering structures in cold sea area. In this paper, the process of interaction between sea ice and structure and the ice load acting on structure are studied through indoor physical model test. The level of ice load on the structure of wharf engineering depends on the action process of sea ice and structure. The destruction pattern of sea ice. The failure mode of sea ice is determined by its physical and mechanical properties. Therefore, this paper firstly summarizes the research of physical and mechanical properties of sea ice by domestic and foreign scholars. In this paper, the failure mode of sea ice and structure and the basic theory of ice load analysis are analyzed. On the basis of summarizing the characteristics of ice mechanics model test and the principles to be followed, this paper deals with the structure of high pile cap. The test conditions were set up and the test process was arranged. The model tests were carried out systematically in the Ice Mechanics and Ice Engineering Laboratory of Tianjin University based on the observation of the experimental phenomena. The failure modes during the interaction between sea ice and two kinds of engineering structures are analyzed. Based on the collation and analysis of the measured data, the ice load on this kind of engineering structures is forecasted in detail, combined with the published literature and the study of the model test. The characteristics of ice load of this kind of structures are summarized and the future research directions are prospected.
