通用设计在中国城市商业空间停车系统环境设计中的应用研究

【摘要】：目前，伴随着我国私家车的日益增长，公用停车空间特别是人流量密集的商业停车空间已经远远无法满足人们迫切的停车需要。在我国，大中型城市商业区的停车系统规划多少都存在着车位严重短缺、管理落后、功能布局不合理和缺乏环境设计等诸多问题，从而直接影响到了整个商业区的经济发展甚至是整座城市的道路交通状况。因此，城市商业区停车系统应具有合理的规划布局及良好的环境设计，这对于解决当前城市停车需求具有重大的意义。本文以提出问题、分析问题、解决问题和对未来展望的逻辑主线展开论述，首次提出将通用设计理论运用于城市商业停车系统的环境设计中。首先，通过调研大量关于商业停车系统设计的现状问题，详细分析、总结了当今城市商业停车系统的现状及存在的不足；其次，阐述了通用设计的概念和其在国内外的发展，，强调通用设计这一新兴理论的特色和重要性，并将通用设计理论应用在城市商业停车系统中。站在“以用户为目标”的角度，通过分析环境特征、要素和环境空间对通用行为进行诱导和制约，进而提出将通用设计的使用公平性、使用灵活性、使用直观性、信息准确性、容错性、使用便利性、使用尺寸和空间适当性以及审美公众性八项原则运用于城市商业停车系统设计中。力求在城市商业停车系统的使用功能、视觉传达、文化审美等方面得到最大的通用性、延伸性和包容性，以解决当今城市商业环境中停车难、停车随意等现象。更能够为所有停车人群带来更加人性化、多元化、科技化（如无线网络覆盖、开发APP停车软件、智能导航系统和红外线车位感应等智能化应用）的停车空间体验。促进和引导人与人、人与环境的交流，创造出更易于使用的，且能满足不同人群的情感及行为需求，创造出一个充满生机、互动的停车环境。最后，本文展望了未来中国城市商业空间停车系统环境设计的发展趋势,提出了智能化和生态化的发展方向,并且阐述了通用设计理念对未来中国城市商业空间停车系统环境设计发展特别是生态化发展的重要性。
[Abstract]:At present, with the increasing number of private cars in our country, the public parking space, especially the commercial parking space with dense passenger flow, has been far from meeting the urgent parking needs of people. There are many problems in parking system planning of large and medium-sized commercial districts, such as serious shortage of parking space, backward management, unreasonable functional layout and lack of environmental design. As a result, it directly affects the economic development of the whole commercial district and even the road traffic situation of the whole city. Therefore, the parking system of the urban commercial district should have a reasonable planning layout and good environmental design. This is of great significance to solve the current urban parking demand. This paper discusses the logical thread of raising problems, analyzing problems, solving problems and looking forward to the future. It is the first time that the general design theory is applied to the environmental design of urban commercial parking system. First of all. Through the investigation of a large number of commercial parking system design problems, detailed analysis, summed up the current situation of urban commercial parking system and the shortcomings of the existing; Secondly, the concept of general design and its development at home and abroad are expounded, and the characteristics and importance of the new theory of general design are emphasized. The general design theory is applied to the urban commercial parking system. From the perspective of "taking the user as the target", the general behavior is induced and restricted by analyzing the environmental characteristics, elements and environmental space. Furthermore, it is proposed that the common design should be used fairly, flexibly, intuitively, accurately, fault-tolerant and convenient to use. The eight principles of using size and space appropriateness and aesthetic public are applied to the design of urban commercial parking system. Cultural aesthetic and other aspects of the greatest universality, extension and inclusiveness, in order to solve the problem of parking in today's urban business environment, parking random, and more can bring more humanization and diversity for all parking people. Scientific and technological parking space experience (such as wireless network coverage, development of APP parking software, intelligent navigation system and infrared space sensing). Promote and guide the communication between people, people and environment. Create a more easy-to-use environment that meets the emotional and behavioral needs of different people and creates a vibrant, interactive parking environment. This paper looks forward to the development trend of urban commercial space parking system environment design in China in the future, and puts forward the direction of intelligent and ecological development. The importance of the general design concept to the future development of commercial space parking system environment in China, especially the ecological development, is expounded.
