基于除冰性能的橡胶颗粒沥青混合料组成设计研究

【摘要】:近年来,橡胶颗粒沥青混合料作为一种主动型除冰雪的功能性材料被广泛研究,国内已有很多成功实例表明了其有效的破冰效果。目前对破冰效果的评价指标主要有破碎率,,但该指标受人为因素影响太大,导致相同试件在不同试验人员检测下可能出现不同的破冰效果。 为了得到更适合的破冰效果的评价方法及指标,本文基于橡胶颗粒的掺入可能导致混合料水稳定性降低,因此对最佳沥青用量的确定方法进行修正;在满足路用性能的要求下结合不同因素对破冰效果的影响,采用低温破冰试验对各个情况下的混合料进行试验,记录所得数据进行处理分析后,提出新的除冰性能的评价指标—蠕变柔量及冰层变形速率。并在此基础上结合破冰试验结果对橡胶颗粒沥青混合料的组成设计成果进行进一步验证。具体研究内容及成果如下: (1)通过加入劈裂试验、肯塔堡飞散试验对最佳沥青用量确定方法进行修正,确定出适合橡胶颗粒沥青混合料的最佳沥青用量。 (2)对于所得混合料进行路用性能检测,所得结论满足规范要求。进而验证了修正后最佳沥青用量确定方法的可行性。 (3)通过室内模拟破冰试验,提出蠕变柔量及冰层变形速率作为破冰效果的评价指标,并得出橡胶颗粒沥青混合料破冰的有效适用范围。 (4)基于破冰试验的结果,.对橡胶颗粒沥青混合料的组成结构进行进一步验证,最终得出破冰性能最优的级配组合类型。
[Abstract]:In recent years, rubber granular asphalt mixture as an active snow removal functional material has been widely studied. There are many successful examples in China to show its effective ice-breaking effect. At present, the main evaluation index of ice-breaking effect is broken rate, but this index is greatly affected by human factors. The same specimen may have different ice breaking effect under different testing personnel. In order to get a more suitable evaluation method and index of ice-breaking effect, the method of determining the optimum asphalt content is modified based on the fact that the mixing of rubber particles may lead to the decrease of water stability of the mixture. In order to meet the requirements of road performance, combined with different factors on the effect of ice breaking, the low temperature ice-breaking test was used to test the mixture under various conditions, and the recorded data were processed and analyzed. A new evaluation index of deicing performance, creep compliance and ice deformation rate, is put forward. Based on this, the design results of rubber granular asphalt mixture are further verified based on the ice breaking test results. The results are as follows:. 1) by adding split test and Kentucky dispersion test, the method of determining the optimum asphalt content is modified, and the optimum asphalt content suitable for rubber particle asphalt mixture is determined. 2) the road performance of the mixture is tested, and the conclusion meets the requirements of the specification, which verifies the feasibility of the modified method for determining the optimum asphalt content. 3) through the indoor simulated ice-breaking test, the creep compliance and ice deformation rate are put forward as the evaluation indexes of the ice-breaking effect, and the effective application range of the rubber grained asphalt mixture for ice-breaking is obtained. Finally, based on the results of ice-breaking test, the composition of rubber granular asphalt mixture is further verified, and the optimal grading combination type of ice-breaking performance is obtained.
