山地城市慢行交通系统规划相关问题研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济的快速发展和城市化进程加快,城市交通拥堵和环境污染等问题越来越严重。大力发展慢行交通被认为是缓解城市交通拥堵问题和改善城市环境的有效措施。为此,我国各大城市均开始重视慢行交通的合理发展。由于我国城市机动化的迅猛发展和城市公共交通水平低下,阻碍了慢行交通的发展,慢行交通系统尚未建立起来,更是缺少规划。尤其在山地城市,由于特殊的地形地貌与紧张的土地利用等因素,使其慢行交通问题更为复杂,自行车系统的发展则非常落后。因此,对山地城市慢行交通系统规划相关问题进行研究十分有必要。 本文首先给出了山地城市和慢行交通的概念,指出慢行交通主要包括步行和自行车交通,分析了山地城市居民出行特征,并从宏观、微观两个层面分析了山地城市慢行交通行为特性;然后,根据山地城市慢行交通特性,重点研究了山地城市慢行交通系统规划的三个相关问题。一是提取了影响慢行交通分担率预测的主要因素,建立了适宜于山地城市的非集计交通方式分担率预测模型;二是结合山地城市自身特点和已有研究,系统地对步行系统中的人行道、人行横道、立体人行过街设施以及自行车系统中的自行车道、公共自行车租赁停车点等慢行交通系统的设施布局进行了研究;三是基于山地城市慢行交通与轨道交通的衔接特性、衔接模式、合理换乘区及衔接规模合理性分析,对慢行交通与轨道交通衔接问题进行了研究。最后,将研究结果应用于重庆市南坪商圈慢行交通系统设施布局中,验证了本文对山地城市慢行交通系统规划相关问题研究的实用性。 通过实例分析可知,本论文对山地城市慢行交通系统规划的三个问题进行了分析研究,抓住了山地城市慢行交通系统规划问题的关键,,为建立一套比较符合我国山地城市慢行交通系统规划的理论和方法奠定了一定基础。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy and the acceleration of the process of urbanization, Urban traffic congestion and environmental pollution are becoming more and more serious. The development of slow traffic is considered to be an effective measure to alleviate urban traffic congestion and improve the urban environment. Due to the rapid development of urban motorization and the low level of urban public transport in China, the slow traffic system has not yet been set up because of the rapid development of urban motorization and the low level of urban public transport. Especially in mountainous cities, the slow traffic problems are more complicated because of the special terrain and landform and the tense land use, so the development of bicycle system is very backward. It is necessary to study the planning of slow-moving traffic system in mountainous cities. This paper first gives the concept of mountain city and slow traffic, points out that slow traffic mainly includes walking and bicycle traffic, analyzes the travel characteristics of people living in mountainous cities, and from the macro perspective, Then, according to the characteristics of slow traffic in mountainous cities, the characteristics of slow traffic in mountainous cities are analyzed. In this paper, three problems related to planning of slow traffic system in mountainous cities are studied. Firstly, the main factors influencing the prediction of slow traffic share rate are extracted, and the forecasting model of disaggregate traffic mode sharing rate suitable for mountain cities is established. The second is to systematically analyze the sidewalks, crosswalks, tridimensional pedestrian crossing facilities and bicycle cycle lanes in the walking system in combination with the characteristics of the mountain cities and the existing research. The layout of the slow traffic system such as the public bicycle rental parking spot is studied. Thirdly, based on the connection characteristics of slow traffic and rail transit in mountainous cities, the connection mode, the reasonable transfer area and the rationality of the connecting scale, The connection between slow transit and rail transit is studied. Finally, the results are applied to the layout of slow transit system in Nanping commercial district of Chongqing. The practicability of this paper for the study of problems related to the planning of slow-moving traffic system in mountainous cities is verified. Through the analysis of examples, this paper analyzes the three problems in the planning of slow-moving traffic system in mountainous cities, and grasps the key of planning of slow-moving traffic systems in mountainous cities. It lays a foundation for the establishment of a set of theories and methods in accordance with the planning of slow-moving traffic system in mountainous cities of China.
