大庆市国省道沥青路面病害成因分析及处治对策研究

【摘要】：大庆市地处哈大齐工业走廊核心区域，是黑龙江第二大经济强市。在国家实施振兴东北老工业基地政策的刺激下，近几年来，，大庆市的交通基础设施建设也取得了空前的发展。在伴随着大庆市交通设施的完善过程中，也出现了超载超限车辆，使得大庆市现有国省道交通运输十分繁重。在大庆市所辖的各国省道中，无论是旧路还是改建的新路，沥青混凝土路面出现的病害都较多，这些病害的出现严重影响了所属路面的使用性能及寿命，同时也加大了大庆市管养部门的养护维修工作。目前国内对于沥青混凝土病害的维修处治还基本上是依托一定的实验或经验的基础上。有些路面的维修处治就偏于保守,这无疑就会造成管养资金的浪费，同时有些路面的维修处治又过于考虑经济，维修处治的效果没有达到要求，使得病害在路面的后续使用过程又很快出现，这也会造成管养资金的浪费。因此如何在有限的管养资金的情况下，制定合理的维修方案已成为大庆市管养部门亟待解决的问题。针对沥青混凝土路面存在的问题，本论文通过对大庆市的国省道中沥青混凝土路面常见的病害进行调查分析。结合大庆市的特点分别从结构设计、路面施工、交通构成、轴载特点及沥青混凝土组成原料及级配等方面对几个常见的病害产生原因进行分析，并相应给出了处治对策。论文在基于理论分析的基础上，对旧路面铣刨前后的路面弯沉和当量的变化趋势进行了研究。并结合一实际工程，对本论文的研究成果进行论证。论文的研究成果对于解决大庆市的管养部门在有限的养护资金条件下做到对各路段的合理养护具有非常重要的指导意义。
[Abstract]:Daqing is located in the core region of the Hada-Qi industrial corridor and is the second most economically powerful city in Heilongjiang. Under the stimulus of the national policy of revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China, in recent years, Daqing traffic infrastructure has also made unprecedented development. Along with Daqing traffic facilities, there are overloaded and overlimited vehicles. The traffic and transportation of the existing provincial roads in Daqing City are very heavy. In the provincial roads of various countries under the jurisdiction of Daqing City, there are more diseases on asphalt concrete pavements, whether it is old roads or new roads that have been rebuilt. The emergence of these diseases has seriously affected the performance and service life of the pavement. At the same time, the maintenance and repair work of the management and maintenance department in Daqing City has also been increased. At present, the maintenance and treatment of asphalt concrete diseases in China is basically based on certain experiments or experiences. This will undoubtedly lead to waste of custody and maintenance funds, and at the same time, some pavement maintenance and treatment are too economical, the effect of maintenance and treatment has not met the requirements, and the disease will soon appear in the course of subsequent use of the pavement. Therefore, how to make a reasonable maintenance plan in the case of limited funds has become an urgent problem to be solved by the management and maintenance department of Daqing City. In view of the existing problems of asphalt concrete pavement, this paper investigates and analyzes the common diseases of asphalt concrete pavement in Daqing City, combining with the characteristics of Daqing City, respectively from the structural design, pavement construction, traffic composition, The causes of several common diseases are analyzed in the aspects of axial load characteristics, raw materials and gradation of asphalt concrete, and the corresponding countermeasures are given. The change trend of pavement deflection and equivalent before and after milling and planing of old pavement is studied. The research results of this paper have a very important guiding significance to solve the problem of reasonable maintenance of each section in Daqing City under the condition of limited maintenance funds.
