沥青路面新型封水材料性能研究

【摘要】:沥青路面是近年来全球广泛采用的路面结构形式之一。沥青路面在通车后1~2年后就可能出现不同程度的早期破坏,水损害是沥青路面产生早期破坏的主要原因之一。路面一旦产生水损害,混合料的粘附性降低会出现裂缝、坑槽等破坏,并且随着时间的推移不断扩大,,不仅降低了路面的使用性能甚至会损坏汽车的机械构件造成交通事故。对沥青路面水损害的预防及水损害造成的早期破坏进行养护修补是十分有必要的。而目前我国所使用的封水材料对防治沥青路面水损害有一定的效果,但并不明显且存在着很多缺陷,研究更新型的封水材料用于在建及再养路面,防止水损害的发生,提高道路的使用寿命,很有必要。 本课题通过参考大量文献研究了沥青路面水损害的成因及破坏机理,分析常用封水材料的作用机理、优缺点,归纳出新型封水材料的封水机理。通过抗压强度、抗折强度试验测定新型封水材料的力学性质。对未经处理的普通沥青混合料和灌注新型封水材料后的沥青混合料进行了马歇尔强度试验、劈裂试验、弯曲试验综合评定新型封水材料对沥青混合料力学性能的影响。结合室内试验研究灌注新型封水材料沥青混合料的抗渗透性能、抗滑性能、粘结性能及水稳定性等路用性能。 新型封水材料主要由环氧树脂、固化剂、乳化沥青等组成,在沥青混合料中灌注这种新型封水材料能够有效的阻止水分的渗透,防止沥青面层受到氧气、紫外线等的作用,并具有良好的力学、路用性能,对我国沥青路面的建设和维修养护工程具有重要的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Asphalt pavement is one of the most widely used pavement structures in the world in recent years. Water damage is one of the main reasons for the early damage of asphalt pavement. Once the pavement produces water damage, the adhesion of the mixture will be reduced, such as cracks, potholes and so on, and it will be expanded with the passage of time. It not only reduces the performance of the pavement, but also damages the mechanical components of the automobile. It is necessary to prevent the water damage of asphalt pavement and repair the early damage caused by the water damage. At present, it is very necessary to repair the asphalt pavement water damage and the early damage caused by the water damage. The water sealing material used in our country has certain effect on preventing water damage of asphalt pavement. But it is not obvious and there are many defects. It is necessary to study the new water sealing material to prevent the water damage and improve the service life of the road. In this paper, the cause of water damage and failure mechanism of asphalt pavement are studied with reference to a large number of documents, the action mechanism, advantages and disadvantages of common sealing materials are analyzed, and the water sealing mechanism of new water sealing material is concluded. The mechanical properties of the new water sealing material were measured by flexural strength test. Marshall strength test and splitting test were carried out on the untreated asphalt mixture and the asphalt mixture filled with the new water sealing material. The influence of new water sealing material on the mechanical properties of asphalt mixture was evaluated by bending test, and the penetration resistance, slippage resistance, bond property and water stability of asphalt mixture with new water sealing material were studied in laboratory. The new water sealing material is mainly composed of epoxy resin, curing agent, emulsified asphalt and so on. Pouring this new water sealing material into asphalt mixture can effectively prevent the penetration of water and prevent the asphalt surface from being affected by oxygen, ultraviolet radiation, etc. It has good mechanical and road performance, which has important reference value for the construction and maintenance of asphalt pavement in China.
