城市破碎用地的交通组织研究

【摘要】:区域道路穿越城市的负外部性显著,传统的"修复型"应对方案存在道路建设总量和城市交通成本大幅增加的弊端。本文基于交通流分解和城市功能组团化布局提出了"分流型"交通方案,并通过模型计算证明"分流型"交通方案具有明显的成本优势。最终得出如下结论:(1)分流型交通方案可以实现控制交通总成本和提高交通运行效率的双重效益;(2)城市功能的组团化布局是分流型方案得以实施的关键;(3)区域道路在规划建设时应充分考虑地方城镇的发展诉求。在应对交通基础设施快速发展导致的城市用地破碎问题方面,本研究具有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:The negative externalities of regional roads passing through cities are significant. The traditional "repair" response scheme has the drawbacks of increasing the total amount of road construction and the cost of urban transportation. Based on the decomposition of traffic flow and the urban function group layout, this paper puts forward the "shunt" traffic scheme. It is proved by model calculation that the "shunt" traffic scheme has obvious cost advantage. Finally, the conclusion is drawn as follows: the shunt traffic scheme can realize the dual benefit of controlling the total transportation cost and improving the traffic operation efficiency, and finally comes to the conclusion that the shunt traffic scheme can achieve the dual benefit of controlling the total traffic cost and improving the traffic efficiency. The cluster layout of the urban function is the key to the implementation of the distributary scheme. In planning and construction of the regional roads, the development demands of the local towns should be fully taken into account, and the problem of urban land fragmentation caused by the rapid development of the traffic infrastructure should be dealt with. This study has certain reference significance.
