杉树坳隧道洞口段穿越断层堆积体安全施工控制技术研究

【摘要】:本论文结合杉树坳隧道松散堆积体浅埋段工程实践,通过进洞初期出现的大变形和塌方事故以及后期处理技术方案优化及实施效果分析,开展了堆积体浅埋段大断面隧道不同工法适应性研究,为类似软弱围岩隧道施工提供技术支持和经验,主要研究内容包括: 1.基于杉树坳隧道施工阶段安全风险评估,判定隧道总体施工安全风险等级为Ⅱ级(中度风险),而隧道洞口过堆积体浅埋段发生洞口失稳、坍塌事故的风险等级为Ⅲ级(高度风险),应制定风险消减措施以确保安全施工。 2.通过对两种不同工法适应性数值计算结果对比分析,表明在松散堆积体浅埋地层中CD法相较于三台阶七步开挖法,更有利于控制围岩变形。 3.三台阶七步开挖法在Ⅵ级软弱围岩中应用时,不同台阶分部施工转换过程中,在上台阶和中台阶施工过程中支护结构内力和变形增幅较大,易引发掉拱、大变形或塌方事故;而CD工法由于增设竖向临时支撑,与三台阶七步开挖法相比各分部施工过程中支护结构内力和变形量增幅明显较小,有利于保证浅埋段隧道围岩支护结构体系的稳定性。 4.总结松散堆积体浅埋地层塌方原因及隧道CD工法的施工技术管理要点,顺利完成了洞口段100m长松散堆积体浅埋段的施工,为类似工程提供了经验和参考。
[Abstract]:In this paper, combined with the engineering practice of shallow buried section of loose accumulation body in the tunnel of Zaoshuao tunnel, through the large deformation and collapse accident in the early stage of tunnel entry and the optimization of the post-treatment technical scheme and the analysis of the effect of the implementation. The adaptability study of different engineering methods for large section tunnel of shallow buried section of accumulation body is carried out, which provides technical support and experience for tunnel construction of similar soft surrounding rock.
