宁夏沥青路面养护对策研究

【摘要】:近十几年来,宁夏回族自治区公路建设事业得到了迅速发展,路网正在形成,路网的密度也在不断提高。但是,随着路网服务期限的接近,公路沥青路面病害逐渐增多,严重影响了沥青路面的服务水平,公路沥青路面的养护对策研究也就提上日程。 本课题主要针对宁夏沥青路面使用和养护现状,开展沥青路面养护对策研究,为宁夏沥青路面养护和管理水平的提高提供理论和技术支持。通过实地调查宁夏地区公路沥青路面的病害类型、产生原因、影响因素、养护现状、交通组成、地理气候等资料,总结归纳出了宁夏回族自治区公路沥青路面的损坏特点;并详细分析了公路管理中的气候与养护、交通与养护、建设与养护、管理与养护、数据管理系统与养护等关系,为科学、合理制定养护对策奠定了基础。 总结了国内外现有的路面检测技术,依据检测原理和精度对沥青路面检测技术进行了科学的分类。将费用指标CE、性能指标OE和适用性指数SI作为路面检测技术的评价指标,并对检测技术的适用性进行了分级,构建了费用/性能矩阵,最终建立了路面检测技术评价体系。 论文针对路面养护中多目标决策的问题,,建立了排序模型,将简单加权法和加权偏差平方和最小化法应用于路面养护排序问题,确定了路段养护的先后顺序。在进行养护措施选择研究时,将公路沥青路面分为高等级公路和二级及以下公路两类,对它们分别进行了路面状况的组合,制定出了各自的养护对策。然后,针对宁夏公路养护管理方面存在的问题和不足,进行了公路养护管理对策研究,提出了建设性的建议。最后,进行了沥青路面养护新技术探索,为宁夏沥青路面养护技术的发展提供了思路和方向。
[Abstract]:In the past ten years, the highway construction in Ningxia Hui Autonomous region has been developed rapidly, the road network is forming and the density of the road network is increasing. However, with the approaching of the service period of the road network, the disease of asphalt pavement is gradually increasing. The service level of asphalt pavement is seriously affected, and the research on maintenance countermeasures of highway asphalt pavement is put on the agenda. According to the current situation of asphalt pavement use and maintenance in Ningxia, this paper studies the countermeasures of asphalt pavement maintenance. This paper provides theoretical and technical support for the improvement of asphalt pavement maintenance and management level in Ningxia. Through field investigation of disease types, causes, influencing factors, maintenance status, traffic composition, geographical climate and other data of asphalt pavement in Ningxia area, The characteristics of asphalt pavement damage in Ningxia Hui Autonomous region are summarized, and the relationships between climate and maintenance, traffic and maintenance, construction and maintenance, management and maintenance, data management system and maintenance are analyzed in detail. It lays a foundation for scientific and rational formulation of maintenance countermeasures. This paper summarizes the existing pavement detection technology at home and abroad, and scientifically classifies the asphalt pavement detection technology according to the detection principle and precision. The cost index CEE, the performance index OE and the applicability index SI are used as the evaluation indexes of the pavement detection technology. The applicability of the detection technology is classified, the cost / performance matrix is constructed, and the evaluation system of the pavement detection technology is established. Aiming at the problem of multi-objective decision making in pavement maintenance, a sort model is established in this paper. The simple weighting method and the weighted deviation square sum minimization method are applied to the pavement maintenance scheduling problem. In the course of selecting maintenance measures, asphalt pavement of highway is divided into two types: high grade highway and second grade highway and below highway, and the road condition is combined respectively. Then, in view of the existing problems and shortcomings of Ningxia highway maintenance management, the countermeasures of highway maintenance management are studied, and some constructive suggestions are put forward. The new technology of asphalt pavement maintenance is explored in this paper, which provides the train of thought and direction for the development of asphalt pavement maintenance technology in Ningxia.
