空间网状索面斜拉桥索力优化与拉索减振分析

【摘要】:异型斜拉桥以其独特的造型,常被用在城市景观桥的设计当中。在异型斜拉桥的设计及施工当中,存在许多问题需要深入的研究。在成桥恒载索力优化过程中,需要在已有理论的基础上进行进一步的探索;在施工及运营当中,需要对出现的问题进行分析总结,为同类工程的建设提供参考。 因为斜拉桥的施工过程与其成桥状态密切相关,本文结合某市一座异型斜拉桥,首先进行了斜拉桥的成桥恒载索力优化;在此基础上,对施工过程进行了仿真分析、监测与控制;最后,针对斜拉桥运营过程中出现的局部拉索振动幅度过大的现象,进行了索网系统减振措施的减振效果分析。本文所做的工作及相关结论如下。 (1)依托工程斜拉桥主塔为空间弧形变截面结构,拉索采用空间网状的布置形式。本文采用多约束条件下的最小能量法,在同样的目标下对不同布置形式的拉索进行成桥恒载索力优化。对比发现,拉索网状布置优于扇形布置形式。 (2)采用数值模拟的方法,结合施工方案,对斜拉桥进行了施工阶段的仿真分析。将分析结果与实测数值进行对比,进行了误差的参数敏感性分析。 (3)通过施工过程的测量,包括主梁及主塔的线形、关键截面的内力及索力,证明成桥状态的受力及线形达到了设计的要求,很好的完成了预期的目标。 (4)针对桥梁运行过程中出现的局部拉索振幅过大的问题,进行了振动原因的分析。对拟采用的辅助索减振法,采用不同的辅助索布置形式进行了索网的动力特性分析;提出采用单根辅助索连接振动的拉索、形成局部索网的减振方案。
[Abstract]:Special-shaped cable-stayed bridges are often used in the design of urban landscape bridges for their unique shape. In the design and construction of special-shaped cable-stayed bridges, many problems need to be deeply studied. In order to provide reference for the construction of similar projects, it is necessary to carry out further exploration on the basis of existing theories, and to analyze and summarize the existing problems in construction and operation. Because the construction process of the cable-stayed bridge is closely related to the state of the completed bridge, this paper first optimizes the cable force of the cable-stayed bridge under dead load combined with a special-shaped cable-stayed bridge in a city, on the basis of which, the construction process is simulated and analyzed. Monitoring and control; finally, aiming at the phenomenon that the vibration amplitude of cable is too large during the operation of cable-stayed bridge, the vibration reduction effect of cable net system is analyzed. The work done in this paper and the related conclusions are as follows. 1) the main tower of the cable-stayed bridge is a space arc variable section structure, and the cable is arranged in the form of space mesh. In this paper, the minimum energy method under the condition of multiple constraints is used. Under the same objective, the cable force of the bridge with different arrangement forms is optimized under dead load, and it is found that the cable mesh arrangement is better than the sector arrangement. 2) the simulation analysis of the cable-stayed bridge in the construction stage is carried out by using the numerical simulation method and the construction scheme. The results are compared with the measured values, and the sensitivity of the error parameters is analyzed. 3) through the measurement of the construction process, including the alignment of the main beam and the main tower, the internal force and cable force of the key section, it is proved that the force and the line shape of the state of the bridge meet the requirements of the design, and the expected goal is achieved well. 4) in view of the problem that the local cable amplitude is too large in the course of bridge operation, the vibration causes are analyzed. The dynamic characteristics of cable network are analyzed by using different auxiliary cable arrangement methods for the auxiliary cable damping method to be adopted. The vibration reduction scheme of local cable network is proposed by using a single auxiliary cable to connect the vibration of the cable.
