【摘要】:近年来,随着社会经济的发展,电动自行车已经成为我国一般工人市民的主要交通工具之一,并且由于其具有便捷、环保、节能的优势,使它的生产量,销售量都逐年的增加。但是在电动自行车迅速发展的同时也阻碍了城市的交通发展,使得全国的许多城市在一定程度上都限制了电动自行车的路上行驶。研究实践证明,设置较高等级的非机动车专用道是解决该问题的一个有效出路。鉴于此,,研究城市道路中电动自行车占主体地位的非机动车道的通行能力显得具有一定的意义。 论文首先综述了国内外电动自行车的目前的发展状况及国内外对非机动车道的通行能力的最新理论成果,分析了影响我国电动自行车通行能力的各种因素,并对其进行了调查。其次,采用模糊聚类分析的方法对其进行了聚类分析,在此基础上提出了基于尖点突变理论和车流间隙理论的电动自行车通行能力确定方法。最后,运用MATLAB7.0等专业数学软件具体地分析了济南市部分路段的电动自行车的通行能力。通过对本论文的研究,可以为城市规划、道路网规划和设计提供理论依据,为电动自行车专用道系统设计和城市交通管理等方面提供现实依据。此外,对于政府决策管理者客观对待电动自行车交通的现状和未来,促进电动自行车交通的合理发展具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of social economy, electric bicycle has become one of the main means of transportation for ordinary workers in our country, and because of its advantages of convenience, environmental protection and energy saving, it has made its production capacity. The sales volume is increasing year by year. But with the rapid development of electric bicycle, it also hinders the development of urban traffic, which makes many cities in the country restrict the driving of electric bicycle to a certain extent. It is an effective way to solve this problem by setting up higher grade non-motor vehicle lanes. In view of this, it is of certain significance to study the capacity of non-motorized lanes where electric bicycles occupy the main position in urban roads. Firstly, the paper summarizes the current development of electric bicycle at home and abroad and the latest theoretical results of domestic and foreign non-motorized lane capacity, and analyzes the various factors that affect the capacity of electric bicycle in China. Secondly, the method of fuzzy cluster analysis is used to analyze the traffic capacity of electric bicycle, which is based on cusp catastrophe theory and flow gap theory. Finally, the method of determining the capacity of electric bicycle is put forward based on the theory of cusp point mutation and the theory of vehicle flow gap. This paper analyzes the traffic capacity of electric bicycle in some sections of Jinan city by using MATLAB7.0 and other professional mathematical software. Through the research of this paper, it can provide theoretical basis for urban planning, road network planning and design. It provides a practical basis for the design of electric bicycle special lane system and urban traffic management. In addition, the government decision makers will objectively treat the current situation and future of electric bicycle traffic. It is of great significance to promote the rational development of electric bicycle traffic.
