济南市快速路网规划布局与设计关键问题研究

【摘要】:随着我国城市化水平的不断提高,各种社会经济活动也越发地活跃,城市交通出行需求增长旺盛,进而给城市带来了越来越大的交通压力。为了缓解城市内部交通压力,提升城市运输效率,我国很多大城市都已经着手开展了快速路的建设工作,在规划过程中怎样确定其规划里程、如何进行规划布局,快速路设计阶段如何选择立交形式,建设什么样的快速路,匝道以及出入口等配套设施怎么设置更为科学等等问题,都成为了快速路规划与设计过程中的关键问题。 本论文总结了快速路在国内外的发展演变历程,掌握了快速路的概念,分析了快速路的交通特性和建设条件,阐明快速路在城市道路网中的功能。 本论文运用“时空消耗理论”提出了城市快速路网合理长度的计算方法;结合前人研究成果,提出改进的基于“交通单元”划分的快速路网的布局方法,并给具体的布局流程。 针对快速路的节点设计等关键问题,本论文总结了几种常用的立交类型,分析了它们各自的优缺点,指出了各种类型立交所适用的条件;按照快速路出入口的设计原则,计算了相邻出入口之间的最小距离,给出了不同类型出入口的净间距推荐值;从交通设计的角度,给出了几种出入口与辅路相接处交通组织的改进方法。 最后本论文按照所研究内容对济南市快速路网的规划布局和节点设计等关键问题进行了实例研究。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization in China, all kinds of social and economic activities are becoming more and more active, and the demand for urban transportation is increasing, which brings more and more traffic pressure to the city. To improve the efficiency of urban transportation, many large cities in China have already started to build expressway. How to determine the planning mileage, how to plan layout, how to choose the interchange form in the expressway design stage in the planning process, What kind of expressway construction, how to set up the supporting facilities, such as ramp, entrance and exit and so on, have become the key problems in the process of expressway planning and design. This paper summarizes the development and evolution of expressway at home and abroad, grasps the concept of expressway, analyzes the traffic characteristics and construction conditions of expressway, and clarifies the function of expressway in urban road network. In this paper, a method of calculating the reasonable length of urban expressway network is put forward by using "space-time consumption theory", and an improved layout method of expressway network based on "traffic unit" is put forward in combination with the previous research results. And give the specific layout process. Aiming at the key problems such as node design of expressway, this paper summarizes several kinds of common interchange types, analyzes their respective advantages and disadvantages, points out the applicable conditions of various types of interchange, and according to the design principle of expressway entrance and exit, The minimum distance between the adjacent entrances and exits is calculated, the net distance between the different types of entrances and exits is given, and from the point of view of traffic design, the improvement methods of traffic organization at the junctions between the entrances and the auxiliary roads are given. Finally, according to the research content, the paper studies the key problems of Jinan Expressway network planning, layout and node design.
