城市道路交通疏导调流技术研究

【摘要】:本文首先阐述了随着现代城市高速发展形成了交通拥堵的城市病;特别是老城区随着居民出行汽车化更加突出;针对交通拥堵提出A、B二种交通疏导模型,并以长春市人民大街上的重要节点为例进行详细分析。本文接下来对模型A进行了详细的阐述,分别比较了小时交通量,车辆通过路口运行时间、油耗等经济技术指标;对模型B进行了道路改造与改造后的小时交通量进行了比较,从而比较出通行效率的差异;最后每个章节都进行了总结。本文查阅了大量国内相关资料,国外资料则把2012年召开的奥地利维也纳第19届世界智能交通(ITS)大会的资料引入本文论述。另外本文引用了大量国内城市,如长春、重庆、大连、中国香港的成功案例为本文提出的二种模型提供了有了的论据。通过本文的分析得出第一条结论:我们每做好了一个道路节点,就是为城市道路的通行打下了一个坚实的基础。本文提出二种道路疏导模型就是在每一个道路节点提出解决方案,以点带线、以线带面,最终完成疏导城市每一个区域的交通,再以网格化管理方式对每一个区域因地制宜治理疏导,最终提高整个路网的通行效率,完成一个城市的交通疏导治理。通过本文的分析得出第二条结论:传统的以交通红绿灯控制为主的田字格似的城市交通规划格局已经不能适应交通汽车化,汽车进入家庭的时代发展;立体交通,单行路为主的单向交通专线是现代城市交通规划的方向。通过本文的分析得出第三条结论:交通疏导调流技术的研究应注重交通模型的研究,规范化、标准化、体系化并且以详实的数据支撑的城市道路规划及改造的蓝图才有现实意义。通过本文的分析得出第四条结论:城市道路交通通行能力是一个系统指标,涉及到整个路网的每个环节,不是孤立的,是相关的,提高道路通行能力的设计是一个系统工程。
[Abstract]:In this paper, first of all, with the rapid development of modern cities, traffic congestion is formed; especially, the old urban areas become more prominent with the residents going out of cars; in view of traffic congestion, two kinds of traffic diversion models are put forward. Taking the important nodes in Changchun people's Street as an example, this paper expatiates the model A in detail, compares the hour traffic volume, the running time of vehicles passing through the intersection, the fuel consumption and other economic and technical indicators; Model B is compared with the hourly traffic volume after road reconstruction and reconstruction, so as to compare the difference of traffic efficiency. Finally, each chapter is summarized. The data of the 19th World Intelligent Transportation Congress held in Vienna, Austria, in 2012 are introduced into this paper. In addition, a large number of domestic cities, such as Changchun, Chongqing, Dalian, are cited in this paper. The successful case of Hong Kong, China, provides an argument for the two models presented in this paper. From the analysis of this paper, we draw the first conclusion: every time we do a road node, It is to lay a solid foundation for the passage of urban roads. In this paper, two kinds of road diversion models are put forward, that is, at each road node, the solution is put forward, and the traffic in every area of the city is eventually dredged with the point line and the line belt surface. In order to improve the traffic efficiency of the whole road network, the grid management method is used to treat each area according to the local conditions. Through the analysis of this paper, the second conclusion is drawn: the traditional field traffic planning pattern, which is dominated by traffic lights, can no longer adapt to the traffic motorization. The development of the automobile into the family; three-dimensional transportation, One-way traffic special line is the direction of modern urban traffic planning. Through the analysis of this paper, the third conclusion is drawn: the study of traffic dredging and regulating technology should pay attention to the study of traffic model, standardization and standardization. The blueprint of urban road planning and reconstruction based on systematic and detailed data is of practical significance. Through the analysis of this paper, 4th conclusions are drawn: urban road traffic capacity is a systematic index. Every link of the whole road network is not isolated but related. The design of improving the road capacity is a system engineering.
