寒冷地区水泥混凝土路面典型病害类型与成因机理研究

【摘要】:水泥混凝土路面在我国得到了大范围使用,但是部分水泥混凝土路面在使用5-8年就开始出现大量病害,有的甚至更早,大量旧水泥混凝土路面也面临病害修复的问题,,而路面病害的原因分析是关键步骤之一,本文根据吉林省交通运输科技计划项目《寒冷地区农村公路水泥混凝土路面修复关键技术研究》,注重路面病害的发展过程研究,结合实地调研和检测数据,对病害之间的关系进行分析,研究其破坏的原因,对养护工作起到指导作用。 本文利用跨学科交叉研究的方法,结合中医学中的“整体观念”和“审证求因”的思想与系统分类的方法把病因对水泥混凝土病因分类,为病害、病因的分析提供理论基础。通过混凝土路面病害机理、病害发展过程分析,得到病害之间的联系,同时运用灾害链式理论得出病害的链式关系。通过实地调研的方法,对寒冷地区水泥混凝土路面病害调查、统计和分析,得出该地区路面的主要病害类型和影响因素。运用病害链理论分析几种病害的发展规律、相互之间的联系以及各种因素如何作用于病害,得出该地区水泥混凝土典型病害的成因。运用模糊综合评价模型对路面病害的发展状况进行评价,得出病害所处的发展阶段,并用断链防治的方法对路面病害进行修复。 通过本文研究,得到了水泥混凝土病因的系统分类、病害链式的理论。并运用到寒冷地区水泥混凝土路面病害的成因分析中,得到该地区典型路面病害的发展过程及成因,建立的诊断模型分析得出病害链发展处于中后期,结合已有的路面病害修补方法,并提出了断链防治的处治办法。
[Abstract]:Cement concrete pavement has been widely used in China, but some cement concrete pavement began to appear a large number of diseases in 5-8 years, some even earlier, a large number of old cement concrete pavement is also faced with the problem of disease repair. The cause analysis of pavement disease is one of the key steps. According to Jilin Province Transportation Science and Technology Project < Research on key Technology of Rural Highway cement concrete pavement Restoration in Cold region, this paper pays attention to the research on the development process of pavement disease. Combined with field investigation and testing data, this paper analyzes the relationship between diseases, studies the causes of damage, and plays a guiding role in the maintenance work. In this paper, the etiology of cement concrete is classified as a disease by the method of interdisciplinary research, combined with the idea of "whole idea" and "examining evidence and seeking cause" in traditional Chinese medicine and the method of systematic classification. The analysis of etiology provides a theoretical basis. Through the analysis of disease mechanism and disease development process of concrete pavement, the relationship between diseases is obtained, and the chain relationship of disease is obtained by using disaster chain theory. Based on the investigation, statistics and analysis of cement concrete pavement disease in cold area, the main disease types and influencing factors of the pavement in this area are obtained. The development law of several diseases is analyzed by using the theory of disease chain. The relationship between each other and how all kinds of factors act on the disease, the causes of the typical disease of cement concrete in this area are obtained. The development status of the pavement disease is evaluated by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and the development stage of the disease is obtained. The method of prevention and cure of broken chain is used to repair the pavement disease. Through the research of this paper, the systematic classification of the cause of cement concrete and the theory of disease chain are obtained, and applied to the cause analysis of cement concrete pavement disease in cold area, the development process and cause of the typical pavement disease in this area are obtained. The analysis of the established diagnostic model shows that the development of the disease chain is in the middle and late stage, combined with the existing road surface disease repair methods, and puts forward the prevention and cure method of the broken chain.
