城市道路自行车出行者满意度研究

【摘要】:自行车交通是城市交通系统的重要组成部分,是城市内部短距离出行的主要交通方式。无论大城市还是中小城市,自行车在客运出行中都有举足轻重的地位。但是目前我国自行车交通的发展现状并不令人满意。以往对于城市道路的规划设计都是以流量、密度、速度数据为基础,并没有从出行者的角度出发,对出行者对于道路的感知进行了解。在进行规划设计的时候,应以满足出行者的需求为目标,,提高改进自行车道服务质量,为服务水平的理论研究进行补充完善。 本文借鉴满意度理论,在文献研究和实际分析的基础上,总结提出自行车出行者满意度的影响因素,并与结构方程模型的潜变量相结合,构建城市道路自行车出行者满意度模型。根据出行者满意度影响因素与其测量指标,设计调查问卷,并提出研究假设,收集小样本数据,进行预调研研究,利用SPSS软件分析调查问卷的信度与效度。通过观看视频填写调查问卷的方法收集数据,对模型变量进行描述性统计分析。在Amos软件中建立结构模型,进行模型检验和模型修正,得到最终的城市道路自行车出行者满意度模型,对模型结果进行分析,得出结论,并提出自行车交通改善方法。 通过上述研究分析,论文得出以下结论:自行车出行者对自行车道的满意度受多个因素的影响,包括出行者期望,道路建设水平,安全性,通畅性以及环境舒适性,每个影响因素之间也具有相关关系。其中,通畅性和环境舒适性对自行车出行者的满意度影响程度最大,通畅性的影响系数达到0.632,而出行者期望会对出行者满意度产生负面影响,影响系数为-0.481。在影响因素的各个测量指标中,对出行者满意度间接影响程度最大的是电动车在自行车道上的通行,其影响系数为56.5%。 在自行车交通规划设计中应充分考虑上述因素,提高道路建设水平,改善自行车出行环境,促进城市交通科学、和谐和可持续发展。
[Abstract]:Bicycle traffic is an important part of the urban transportation system and the main mode of transportation for short distance travel within the city. Bicycles play an important role in passenger transportation. However, the current situation of bicycle traffic in China is not satisfactory. In the past, the planning and design of urban roads were based on the data of flow, density and speed. In planning and design, the goal should be to meet the needs of travelers, to improve the quality of bicycle lane service. For the theoretical study of the level of service to complement and perfect. Based on the theory of satisfaction and on the basis of literature research and practical analysis, this paper summarizes and puts forward the influencing factors of satisfaction of bicycle travelers, and combines them with the latent variables of structural equation model. According to the influencing factors of satisfaction degree and its measurement index, the questionnaire is designed, and the research hypotheses are put forward, and small sample data are collected to carry on the pre-investigation research. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were analyzed by SPSS software. The data were collected by watching video to fill out the questionnaire, and the model variables were analyzed by descriptive statistics. The structural model was established in Amos software, and the model was checked and modified. The final satisfaction model of bicycle traveler on urban road is obtained, the results of the model are analyzed, the conclusion is drawn, and the method of improving bicycle traffic is put forward. Through the above research and analysis, the paper draws the following conclusions: bicycle travelers' satisfaction with bicycle lanes is affected by many factors, including travelers' expectation, road construction level, safety, smoothness and environmental comfort. There was also a correlation between each factor. Among them, fluidity and environmental comfort had the greatest influence on the satisfaction of bicycle travelers. The influence coefficient of fluidity reached 0.632, and the traveler expected to have a negative effect on the traveler's satisfaction, the influence coefficient was -0.481.In each measure of the influencing factors, The degree of indirect influence on passenger satisfaction is the most important one, and the influence coefficient is 56.5. The above factors should be fully taken into account in bicycle traffic planning and design to improve the level of road construction, improve bicycle travel environment, and promote the scientific, harmonious and sustainable development of urban transportation.
