道路交通治安卡口管控系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:道路交通治安卡口管控系统是采用先进的光电技术、远程数据访问技术、图像处理技术、模式识别技术实时地采集和记录过往车辆图像,并依据图像采集技术、车牌自动识别技术将识别出的过往车辆数据信息存储到数据库的应用系统。该系统通过分析车辆的构成、车流量分布以及对车辆实施布控、查询车辆信息等操作,为交通等监管部门有力的打击违法犯罪和维护交通顺畅提供了强有力的支持和保障。本文以西部某市的交通项目为背景,该项目需要在城市的交通管控部门开发一套先进、高效的道路交通治安卡口管控系统。 本文探讨了道路交通治安卡口管控所要实现的功能需求,以及系统所要满足的非功能性需求。从设计原则、设计依据、设计目的、系统的网络架构、系统物理架构以及数据库设计等多个方面对道路交通治安卡口管控系统进行整体设计,将整个系统的工作过程分为卡口前端系统和卡口中心管理系统两个环节,并从这两个环节将道路交通治安卡口管控系统分为两个子系统进行设计实现,其中卡口前端系统基于车牌定位、字符分割等技术实现图像的采集、处理和数据记录,卡口中心管理系统基于B/S模式实现车流量统计、车辆布撤控、报警、黑名单管理等功能。该系统是基于分层架构进行设计的,遵循的是Spring MVC模式。在数据服务方面,采用Oracle数据库,利用Hibernate框架,实现数据的操作。 治安卡口系统的建成将实时记录进出西部某市交通要道的所有车辆信息,便于交通管控部门及时、准确、有效地做出交通组织,对维护某市良好的交通环境和行车秩序起到了积极作用。通过对车辆数据的分析和处理,实现对嫌疑车辆、交通违章等黑名单车辆的查控与处置,对交通管理机关扼制并打击一些隐蔽型违法行为,具有十分重要的现实意义。该系统已经在西部某市交通管控部门部署运行,运行结果良好。
[Abstract]:The road traffic security bayonet control and control system adopts advanced optoelectronic technology, remote data access technology, image processing technology, pattern recognition technology to collect and record the passing vehicle images in real time, and according to the image acquisition technology, The license plate automatic recognition technology stores the identified passing vehicle data information to the application system of database. The system analyzes the composition of the vehicle, the distribution of the vehicle flow, the layout and control of the vehicle, the inquiry of the vehicle information, etc. It provides powerful support and guarantee for traffic supervision department to crack down on crime and maintain smooth traffic. This paper takes the traffic project of a certain city in the west as the background, which needs to develop a set of advanced technology in the traffic control department of the city. This paper discusses the functional requirements of road traffic security bayonet management and control, and the non-functional requirements to be satisfied by the system, from the design principles, design basis, design purpose, the network structure of the system. The system physical structure and database design are used to design the road traffic security bayonet control system. The working process of the system is divided into two parts: the front end system of the bayonet and the central management system of the bayonet. And from these two links, the traffic security bayonet control system is divided into two subsystems to design and implement. The front end system of the bayonet is based on license plate location, character segmentation and other technologies to achieve image acquisition, processing and data recording. Based on the B / S mode, the bayonet center management system realizes the functions of vehicle flow statistics, vehicle routing and control, alarm, blacklist management, etc. The system is designed on the basis of hierarchical architecture and follows the Spring MVC pattern. Using Oracle database and Hibernate framework, the operation of data is realized. The completion of the public security bayonet system will record in real time all vehicle information entering and leaving an important traffic road in a certain city in the west, so as to facilitate the traffic control department to make traffic organization in a timely, accurate and effective manner. It has played a positive role in maintaining a good traffic environment and driving order in a certain city. Through the analysis and processing of vehicle data, the inspection, control and disposal of suspected vehicles, traffic violations and other blacklisted vehicles have been realized. It is of great practical significance to curb and crack down on some hidden illegal activities. The system has been deployed and operated in traffic control department of a certain city in the west of China, and the result is good.
