基于神经网络贵州山区软土地基沉降预测研究

【摘要】:随着近年来我国西部地区经济建设的飞速发展,西南山区高速公路的建设也随之突飞猛进。与沿海地区及内陆的平原地区存在的软土地基所不同的是,存在于贵州山区的软土地基因为有其自身不一样的特点,并且具有非常复杂并且多样的地基破坏形式以及变形特征,在施工过程之中需要面临的十分复杂的气候、水文以及地质等全新的问题更加是日益突出,这就使得对贵州山区的软土地基相关研究已经成为贵州高速公路建设中具有代表性的技术难题,尤其是处理后的沉降及预测。 本文对贵州省山区高速公路沿线软土地基处理方法进行了广泛的调查以及资料收集,分析得出贵州山区特有的软土地基破坏形式,,在对贵州省境内山区软土地基的工程特性进行调查的基础上,分析总结出贵州山区软土的环境、层理、季节以及物理力学特性,并且总结归纳出软土变形的特点,根据变形特征提出在具体路段运用CFG桩复合地基处理软土路基的方案。文中介分别绍了CFG桩复合地基的组成及工作机理,针对CFG装特有的桩体组合特征,具体阐述了复合地基承载力特性、沉降变形理论。并通过对依托工程中采用CFG装处理的软土地基的沉降进行现场观测。在所得观测数据的基础上,建立不同的神经网络模型,对软土地基的沉降进行预测,并且对预测结果进行总结分析,评价预测效果。 论文的最终研究结果为软基处理的工后沉降的预测提供理论依据。但当前,采用现代科学技术预测工后沉降的研究落后于实际运用,故在以后的工作中应进一步探索软基处理的沉降预测方法。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic construction in the western region of China in recent years, the construction of expressway in the southwest mountainous area has also developed by leaps and bounds. Different from the soft soil foundation existing in coastal areas and inland plain areas, Because the soft soil foundation in Guizhou mountainous area has its own different characteristics, and has very complex and diverse ground failure forms and deformation characteristics, it needs to face a very complex climate in the construction process. New problems such as hydrology and geology are becoming more and more prominent, which makes the research on soft soil foundation in Guizhou mountainous area become a representative technical problem in highway construction, especially the settlement and prediction after treatment. In this paper, the soft soil foundation treatment method along the highway in Guizhou mountainous area is investigated extensively and the data is collected, and the unique soft soil foundation failure form in Guizhou mountainous area is analyzed. Based on the investigation of the engineering characteristics of soft soil foundation in mountainous area of Guizhou Province, the paper analyzes and summarizes the environment, bedding, season and physical and mechanical characteristics of soft soil in Guizhou mountainous area, and summarizes the characteristics of soft soil deformation. According to the deformation characteristics, the paper puts forward the scheme of using CFG pile composite foundation to treat soft soil roadbed in specific road sections. The composition and working mechanism of CFG pile composite foundation are introduced in this paper, aiming at the special pile-body combination characteristics of CFG installation. The bearing capacity characteristics of composite foundation and the theory of settlement and deformation are expounded in detail. Based on the observed data, different neural network models are established by observing the settlement of soft soil foundation treated by CFG in supporting engineering. The settlement of soft soil foundation is forecasted, and the prediction results are summarized and analyzed to evaluate the effect of prediction. The final results of this paper provide a theoretical basis for the prediction of post-construction settlement in soft foundation treatment, but at present, the research on prediction of post-construction settlement with modern science and technology lags behind the actual application. Therefore, the settlement prediction method of soft foundation treatment should be further explored in the future work.
