基于钢渣骨料的沥青混合料路用性能研究

【摘要】:首先分析了钢渣的物理性能、化学成分以及吸水膨胀特性,然后对以钢渣为骨料的ATB-25、AC-13、SMA-10沥青混合料进行配合比设计,并对其路用性能进行研究。试验结果表明:钢渣表面纹理粗糙,嵌挤效应良好,有利于增强与沥青的黏附性,提高抗剪切性能;钢渣沥青混合料脆点为-10℃,低温变形能力较好,而且膨胀率小,可以铺筑出满足行车要求的沥青混凝土路面。
[Abstract]:Firstly, the physical properties, chemical composition and water swelling characteristics of steel slag are analyzed, and then the mixture ratio of ATB-25 AC-13 SMA-10 asphalt mixture with steel slag as aggregate is designed. The experimental results show that the surface texture of steel slag is rough and the squeezing effect is good, which is beneficial to enhance the adhesion to asphalt and improve the shear resistance, and the brittle point of steel slag asphalt mixture is -10 鈩,
