宁波公交智能化系统的项目管理研究和实践

【摘要】：随着我国经济的快速发展,城市交通拥堵、大气环境污染、交通安全等一系列问题严重阻碍社会经济的可持续发展。为了解决当前日益突出的城市交通问题,国内很多公交企业和计算机高科技公司都在积极推进智能公交系统的建设。国内公交企业的信息化起步较晚,缺少信息系统项目实施的管理经验,导致很多项目的建设质量达不到预期的效果。在公交信息系统项目日渐增多的今天,如何提高公交企业实施信息系统项目的成功率,已成为公交企业关注的重点问题。本文以现代项目管理之项目生命周期理论为基础,结合信息系统构建的特点和宁波公交的实际情况,采用理论结合实际案例的方法,通过梳理、总结国内外文献资料和最新学术成果,研究在公交智能化系统实施中应用生命周期管理和项目管理的过程和方法。本文首先从宁波公交智能化系统的需求入手,通过对宁波公交智能化系统的分析和设计,展示了项目管理在项目启动阶段中的使用过程、方法和技巧。继而通过对宁波公交智能化系统项目范围进行工作分解,制定详细的项目管理计划。然后以项目进度控制、范围调整、质量控制、风险控制等手段,展现了在项目执行的实际过程中项目管理方法和技术。最后,对案例的实施效果进行评估和总结,列举了在进行信息系统项目时应该注意的问题,并给出针对这些问题的项目实施建议。通过宁波公交智能化系统的实施,说明利用IT项目管理思想、方法和工具可以对项目的时间、质量和成本起到较好的控制作用,提高项目的实施成功率,保护企业的投资。文章最后,在结论部分提出了本论文存在的局限和有待进一步研究的问题。
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic development of our country, a series of problems, such as urban traffic congestion, air pollution, traffic safety and so on, seriously hinder the sustainable development of social economy. Many domestic public transport enterprises and computer high-tech companies are actively promoting the construction of intelligent public transport systems. The informatization of domestic public transport enterprises has started relatively late and lacks management experience in the implementation of information systems projects. As a result, the construction quality of many projects can not reach the expected results. Nowadays, with the increasing number of public transport information system projects, how to improve the success rate of public transport enterprises to implement information system projects has become the focus of public transport enterprises. Based on the project life cycle theory of modern project management, combining the characteristics of information system construction and the actual situation of Ningbo public transport, this paper adopts the method of combining theory with practical cases, through combing, This paper summarizes the literature and the latest academic achievements at home and abroad, studies the process and method of applying life cycle management and project management in the implementation of intelligent transit system. Firstly, this paper starts with the demand of Ningbo bus intelligent system. Based on the analysis and design of Ningbo bus intelligent system, the application process, methods and techniques of project management in the start stage of the project are demonstrated, and then the project scope of Ningbo bus intelligent system is decomposed. Make detailed project management plan. Then by means of project schedule control, scope adjustment, quality control, risk control and so on, show the project management methods and techniques in the actual process of project implementation. This paper evaluates and summarizes the effect of the implementation of the case, enumerates the problems that should be paid attention to when carrying out the information system project, and gives some suggestions for the implementation of the project in view of these problems. Through the implementation of Ningbo bus intelligent system, it is shown that the application of IT project management ideas, methods and tools can play a better role in controlling the time, quality and cost of the project, and improve the success rate of the project implementation. Finally, in the conclusion part, the limitations of this paper and the problems to be further studied are put forward.
