全深式就地冷再生技术在宁夏S101线路面改造中的应用研究

【摘要】:随着中国公路建设的高速发展,许多早期建设的公路逐步进入大中修期。近年,宁夏公路也已进入大规模修复期,采用何种方式对它进行有效维修,是一个亟待解决的问题。较之传统的路面维修方法,沥青路面废旧材料再生利用,被称作“绿色”施工技术,可以保护生态环境,有效提高资源利用率,符合我国提出的发展循环经济、实现可持续发展的战略方针,也符合我区践行的实现交通运输与资源环境和谐发展的绿色交通理念。因此,对沥青路面再生技术进行研究具有重要的意义,也是我区以理论指导实践,对路面维修进行的一次大胆探索。 本文在国内外研究成果的基础上,从沥青路面再生技术特点出发,阐述了再生技术的分类、适用性。依托宁夏S101线同心过境段公路,进行了原旧路路况调查、检测、分析、评价,在此基础上提出了全深式就地冷再生路面大修方案的路面结构组合和路面厚度。通过室内配合比设计以及对冷再生路面可靠、合理的设计方法的探讨,积累了配合比设计经验。通过对每一步具体施工工艺的研究,分析了冷再生技术施工工艺控制要点和关键指标,为宁夏区内其他工程项目实施就地冷再生施工提供借鉴。 实践表明,沥青路面就地冷再生技术不仅具有良好的路用性能,还具有显著的经济效益、社会效益、环境保护效益,,是一项切实可行、有广阔发展前景的技术,应该在沥青路面大修中广泛应用推广。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of highway construction in China, many of the early built highways have gradually entered the period of major and medium repair. In recent years, Ningxia Highway has also entered the period of large-scale repair. How to carry out effective maintenance of the highway? Compared with the traditional methods of pavement maintenance, the recycling and utilization of waste materials of asphalt pavement is called "green" construction technology, which can protect the ecological environment and effectively improve the utilization rate of resources. In line with the strategic policy of developing circular economy and realizing sustainable development put forward by our country, and the green traffic concept of realizing the harmonious development of transportation and resources and environment in our region, It is of great significance to study the technology of asphalt pavement regeneration, and it is also a bold exploration of pavement maintenance in our region with the guidance of theory and practice. Based on the research results at home and abroad, this paper, based on the characteristics of asphalt pavement regeneration technology, expounds the classification and applicability of the regeneration technology. Based on the concentric transit section of Ningxia S101 line, the original old road condition investigation, detection and analysis are carried out. On the basis of evaluation, the paper puts forward the pavement structure combination and pavement thickness of the overhauling scheme of full-depth in-situ cold recycled pavement, and discusses the reliable and reasonable design method of cold recycled pavement through indoor mix ratio design. Through the research on concrete construction technology of each step, the key points and key indexes of construction process control of cold regeneration technology are analyzed, which can be used as reference for other projects in Ningxia district to carry out in situ cold recycling construction. The practice shows that the local cold recycling technology of asphalt pavement not only has good road performance, but also has remarkable economic, social and environmental protection benefits. It is a feasible and promising technology. It should be widely used in asphalt pavement overhaul.
