信号交叉口行人与右转车交通冲突及安全评价研究

【摘要】:针对目前我国城市信号交叉口普遍存在的行人交通安全问题,运用交通冲突技术的相关方法研究信号交叉口行人与机动车的安全问题。首先对国内外行人和机动车交通冲突的研究进行全面回顾,总结国内外最新的研究成果,包括交通冲突关键技术分析方法、数据采集技术、交通冲突安全评价以及实际应用等。 本文的研究范围是信号交叉口行人与右转车的交通冲突。具体研究内容如下:分析了信号交叉口行人与右转机动车的交通特性,,总结两者发生交通冲突时的运动特点。采集了大量视频数据,利用SIMI软件提取行人与右转车的运动状态数据,包括位移、速度、加速度和减速度等。通过对提取数据的分析,定量研究行人与右转车在冲突点相互作用过程中的运动规律,指出需对干扰情况下的行人与右转车进行交通冲突的判别。以减速度为判别标准,利用可接受间隙理论中的临界间隙法确定冲突判别的临界值,对提取数据进行交通冲突判别。利用判别结果,进行交叉口行人与右转车交通安全评价。选取交叉口行人与右转车的4个冲突点为评价对象,评价他们在早高峰、平峰和晚高峰不同时段的安全状况。以这4个冲突点不同时段下的行人右转车冲突数与行人右转车混合当量交通量的比值(TC/MPCU)为评价指标,运用灰色聚类评价模型对信号交叉口的4个行人与右转车冲突区在不同时段下的安全状况进行评价。并结合实际情况对评价结果进行分析,验证了模型的有效性并指出其适用范围。
[Abstract]:According to the traffic safety problem of our country at present city intersection, universal, security issues related to using the method of traffic conflict technique of signal intersection pedestrians and vehicles. The first comprehensive review of the research on the domestic and foreign pedestrian and vehicle traffic conflict, summarizing the latest research results, including the analysis of key technology of traffic conflict, data acquisition technology, the safety evaluation of traffic conflicts as well as the practical application.
The scope of this study is the intersection traffic conflict of pedestrian and right turning. The specific contents are as follows: the analysis of the characteristics of traffic signal intersection pedestrian and right turning vehicle, summarizes the movement characteristics of the two traffic conflict. A large number of video data acquisition, motion data, extraction of pedestrian and right turn vehicles using SIMI software include the displacement, velocity, acceleration and deceleration. Through the analysis of the data, the quantitative research of pedestrian and right transfer movement in the conflict in the interaction process, points out that it is necessary to distinguish the effects of pedestrian and right turning traffic conflict. In order to reduce the speed of the judgment standard, the determination of the critical value of conflict accept the critical gap gap method discriminant theory, traffic conflict discrimination on the extracted data.
