准兴重载高速公路风积砂高填方路基压实施工技术研究

【摘要】:随着我国西部大开发计划的逐步进行,交通运输量的需求迅速增加,尤其是大吨位运煤车对路基的承载能力要求也越来越高,同时在内蒙古大量的运煤路段以风积砂地区为主的背景下,研究探讨风积砂路基压实的施工技术是十分有必要的,是为内蒙古自治区和西部大开发的道路施工提供技术支持。’本文针对准格尔至兴和段运煤公路处于风积砂地区的沿线部分,在施工过程中,本着因地制宜就地取材的原则,需要针对风积砂回填路基的特点,进行了一系列风积砂室内及施工现场试验,得出了一定的室内外试验结果。 首先,通过室内试验,确定了准格尔地区风积砂的基本特性,同时对比了重型电动击实、手动击实、饱水振动三种试验方法,并进行了相关分析,确定了饱水振动法为确定风积砂最大干密度的合理方法。在室外施工现场实验中,进行了振动压路机试验,以确定压实遍数、松铺厚度、强弱振的最佳组合方式,最终得出最佳松铺厚度为40cm-50cm之间,组合方式为:洒水——静压——洒水——强振三遍——弱振;另一方面对冲击碾进行了一系列试验,对冲击碾压实效果及方法进行了检测与分析。
[Abstract]:With the plan of the development of Western China gradually, traffic demand is increasing rapidly, especially the large tonnage transport capacity of coal on the subgrade requirements are increasingly high, while in Inner Mongolia a large number of coal road in Aeolian area mainly in the background, the research on the construction technology of aeolian sand subgrade compaction is necessary, is road construction for the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the western development to provide technical support. "According to the Zhungeer section of highway in coal to Xinghe aeolian sand along the part area, in the construction process, in line with local conditions to the principle of local materials, according to the characteristics of backfill Subgrade of eolian sand, carried out a series of aeolian sand and the construction site of indoor test, the indoor test results to a certain extent.
First, through the indoor experiment, to determine the basic characteristics of aeolian sand in Zhungeer, and compared the heavy electric compaction, manual compaction, three kinds of test methods of water saturation vibration, and correlation analysis were carried out to determine the water saturation vibration method to determine the maximum dry density of aeolian sand and reasonable method in the open air. The construction site in the experiment, the vibratory compaction test to determine that the best combination of loose paving thickness, strength of vibration, the final optimum thickness is between 40cm-50cm, combination: sprinkler - pressure, sprinkler - strong vibration three times - weak; on the other hand, the impact of grinding a series of tests were conducted on the impact compaction effect and method of detection and analysis.
