高桩码头结构实用耐久性研究方法

【摘要】:高桩码头是一种可以很好的适用于各种复杂地基情况的码头结构形式,因而被广泛的运用于港口工程领域。但高桩码头也存在这严重的耐久性问题,很多码头在设计使用期内就会发生严重的耐久性损伤,导致结构的承载力无法满足要求或者结构的变形过大严重的影响了码头的正常使用。目前,对于钢筋混凝土结构材料和构件层次的研究已经比较成熟,但对于结构整体的耐久性研究还没有一个比较简单使用的评定方法。比较准确的结构整体耐久性分析方法大多基于比较复杂的概率论以及比较严格繁琐的数学推到,难以被一般的结构设计人员所掌握;比较简单的结构整体耐久性分析方法大多依靠专家的主观意志,偏差较大,不能很好的反映结构实际的耐久性损伤情况。因此,本文基于当前比较成熟的钢筋混凝土材料层次的耐久性研究成果,从结构承载力安全性和结构变形使用性的角度提出比较可靠实用的高桩码头结构整体的耐久性评定方法。建立高桩码头三维有限元模型,以材料的离散性划分时间点,计算得出码头结构构件在各离散时间点的内力响应;对于单一的离散时间点,从结构构件的安全性和使用性角度,计算出码头各主要受力构件的安全性时不变耐久性评定指标和使用性时不变耐久性评定指标;随后,根据各离散点的各耐久性评定指标,先绘出各构件的安全性和使用性的时变耐久性评定曲线,再通过构件的各类评定曲线汇总绘出总体构件的安全性和使用性时变耐久性评定曲线的最小包络曲线,即为结构整体的安全性和使用性时变耐久性评定曲线。最后,将结构整体的安全性和使用性时变耐久性评定曲线做汇总,作出两条曲线的最小包络曲线即为高桩码头结构整体的耐久性评定曲线,根据此曲线以及相应的耐久性失效准则得出结构相应的使用年限。
[Abstract]:High pile wharf is a kind of wharf structure which can be applied to various complex ground conditions, so it is widely used in the field of port engineering. However, there is a serious durability problem in high pile wharf. Many wharves will suffer serious durability damage during their design and use, resulting in the failure of the bearing capacity of the structure to meet the requirements or the excessive deformation of the structure, which seriously affects the normal use of the wharf. For reinforced concrete structure materials and members of the level of research has been relatively mature, However, there is not a simple evaluation method for the durability of the whole structure. The more accurate analysis methods of the overall durability of the structure are mostly based on the more complicated probability theory and the strict and complicated mathematics. It is difficult to master by the general structural designers, and the relatively simple analysis methods of the overall durability of the structure rely on the subjective will of the experts, and the deviation is large, which can not well reflect the actual durability damage of the structure. This paper is based on the current mature research results of durability of reinforced concrete material layers. From the point of view of structural bearing capacity safety and structural deformation usage, a more reliable and practical method for evaluating the durability of high pile wharf structure is put forward. A three-dimensional finite element model of high pile wharf is established, and the time points are divided according to the material discreteness. The internal force response of wharf structural members at each discrete time point is calculated, and for a single discrete time point, from the point of view of the safety and usability of the structural members, The durability evaluation index and the durability evaluation index of the main load-bearing members of the wharf are calculated. Then, according to the durability evaluation indexes of each discrete point, the durability evaluation index of the main load-bearing member of the wharf is calculated. First, the time-varying durability evaluation curves of each component are drawn, and then the minimum envelope curves of the safety and serviceability time-varying durability assessment curves of the overall members are drawn by the various evaluation curves of the components. That is, the overall safety and durability evaluation curve of the whole structure. Finally, the overall safety of the structure and the use of the time-varying durability evaluation curve are summarized. The minimum envelope curve of the two curves is the overall durability evaluation curve of the high pile wharf structure. According to this curve and the corresponding durability failure criterion, the corresponding service life of the structure is obtained.
