基于群体行为的行人微观仿真模型研究

【摘要】:行人群体仿真在结构设计、安全科学、行人交通、社会科学、娱乐产业等领域都有广泛研究。目前已经产生了几种行人群体行为的微观仿真模型,但人群活动的重要特性仍然需要进步研究。现有行人仿真研究往往关注于行人群体紧急情况下而不是平常情况下行人群体行为,主要研究了个体行人的行为而没有重视人群中存在大量中观的社会小群体(Social Group,统称同伴群),如朋友、夫妻等,高密度和低密度行人需要分别进行不同的模型和参数标定而不是进行统一的运动建模。平常情况下同伴群的群体动力学、其比例和规模对行人流的影响以及不同人流密度中的形态特性和活动特性研究还不充分。本文对此进行同佯群行人活动特性分析、模型和仿真平台构建、行人场景仿真三个方面的研究。本文首先从行人微观仿真模型、同伴群及行人异质化三个方面对研究问题进行综述;其次进行视频数据采集并对行人活动特性进行分析,研究了行人基本活动参数和同伴群活动规律;接着进行行人仿真建模方法的分析,并在Agent方法、仿真驱动模型基础上初步提出本文的社会力学模型理论框架;然后在分析社会力学特点和不足后,结合构建的Agent理论框架进行行人同伴群社会力学模型改进和实现。并在改进模型基础上使用面向对象编程技术实现行人仿真平台;最后针对行人仿真的同伴群群体特性、形态特征、群体动力学及对人群动力学影响等进行仿真研究。
[Abstract]:Pedestrian group simulation has been widely studied in the fields of structure design, safety science, pedestrian traffic, social science, entertainment industry and so on. However, the important characteristics of crowd activity still need to be further studied. Existing pedestrian simulation studies tend to focus on pedestrian crowd behavior in emergencies rather than in ordinary situations. This paper mainly studies the behavior of individual pedestrian without paying attention to the social group with a large number of meso social groups in the crowd, which is called peer group, such as friends, husband and wife, etc. High density and low density pedestrians need different models and parameters calibration instead of unified motion modeling. The effect of the proportion and scale on the pedestrian flow and the study of the morphological and activity characteristics of the pedestrian flow in different density are not enough. This paper analyzes the pedestrian movement characteristics of the same group, builds the model and the simulation platform. Three aspects of pedestrian scene simulation research. Firstly, this paper summarizes the research problems from three aspects: pedestrian microscopic simulation model, peer group and pedestrian heterogeneity. Secondly, video data acquisition and pedestrian activity characteristics are analyzed. The basic parameters of pedestrian activity and the law of peer group activity are studied, then the pedestrian simulation modeling method is analyzed, and based on the Agent method and simulation driven model, the theoretical framework of this paper's social mechanics model is put forward preliminarily. Then, after analyzing the characteristics and shortcomings of social mechanics, the pedestrian peer group social mechanics model is improved and implemented based on the constructed Agent framework. Based on the improved model, the pedestrian simulation platform is realized by using object-oriented programming technology. Finally, the characteristics of peer group, morphological characteristics, group dynamics and the effect on crowd dynamics of pedestrian simulation are simulated.
