租赁自行车与公共交通组合出行持续使用意向研究

【摘要】:在国家提出“公交都市”的大背景之下,各大城市都在鼓励居民采用私人交通与公共交通组合的方式出行,致力于为提高居民出行效率,为城市走绿色可持续交通开拓新道路。公共交通由于本身条件的限制,不可能为每个居民提供门到门的服务,自行车以其自身短距离接驳的优势与公共交通组合扩大了公共交通的服务半径,成为解决“最后一公里”问题的有效交通方式。中国许多大城市出现的严重雾霾天气更引起了社会各界对低碳交通、绿色出行的讨论,租赁自行车的零能耗、零排放、低噪音、占地少成为国内大城市发展低碳交通的新生力,国内部分城市比如上海、杭州、成都、深圳(蛇口)等相继建设了租赁自行车系统。为了构建“人为交通、科技交通、绿色交通”的新北京交通体系,北京市在扩建轨道交通和快速公交的前提下,鼓励居民采用租赁自行车与公共交通组合的方式出行。目前,北京市的租赁自行车系统尚处于起步阶段,各项基础设施还不够完善,加上道路拥堵,租(还)车和换乘的不方便性等原因使得很多居民在初次采用之后就不太乐意再次使用这种组合的方式出行。居民的持续使用将决定租赁自行车系统能否长期延续并发挥其短距离接驳的功能,因此,有必要对居民的持续使用意向进行研究,寻求增强居民持续使用意向的方法。 基于此,通过对国内外文献的梳理和总结发现:既有理论对租赁自行车与公共交通组合出行持续使用意向的研究还比较少。首先,在分析北京市目前租赁点自行车使用情况和租赁点自行车使用模式的基础上,大致梳理出影响租赁自行车与公共交通组合出行的外部影响因素。 接着,借鉴信息系统、移动阅读、消费品领域的重复购买或重复使用的研究框架,结合社会心理学的计划行为理论和服务领域的服务质量、满意度与顾客忠诚研究成果构建综合的租赁自行车与公共交通组合出行持续使用意向模型。模型在前人分析的基础上完善了外部因素,把外部因素分为出行者人口统计特性、出行特性以及交通出行环境特性三个方面。 然后,通过设计调查问卷,,利用SPSS和AMOS21.0软件对数据进行处理,对模型进行了验证性分析。结果表明:租赁自行车服务质量、整体满意度、态度、主观规范以及知觉行为控制都对持续使用意向有直接的影响效果,相对来说,主观规范对持续使用意向的效果最显著。 最后,在综合模型成立的前提下,分别从出行者人口统计特性、出行特性以及交通出行环境特性三方面构建了持续使用意向的多群组结构方程模型。结果表明:对于不同类型的出行者来说,影响持续使用意向的最关键因素也会有所不同。从规划、设计和管理方面为运营商和管理者实施差别化的策略提供理论基础。
[Abstract]:Against the background of the "public transport city" proposed by the state, the major cities are encouraging residents to use a combination of private and public transport to travel in order to improve their travel efficiency. Opening up new roads for green and sustainable transport in cities. Public transport cannot provide door-to-door services to every resident because of its own constraints. Bicycles have expanded the service radius of public transport because of their advantages of short distance connection and the combination of public transport. The severe haze weather in many big cities in China has led to the discussion of low-carbon transportation, green travel, zero energy consumption, zero emission, low noise of bicycle rental. Occupying less land has become a new source of low-carbon transportation in large cities in China. Some cities in the country, such as Shanghai, Hangzhou, Chengdu, Shenzhen (Shekou), have successively built bicycle rental systems. In order to build "artificial transportation, scientific and technological transport," Under the premise of expanding rail transit and bus rapid transit, the city encourages residents to use the combination of renting bicycles and public transport to travel. The rental bicycle system in Beijing is still in its infancy, the infrastructure is not perfect enough, and the roads are congested. The inconveniences of rental and transfer make many residents less willing to travel again after their first use. The continued use of the bicycle rental system will determine whether the bicycle rental system can be extended for a long time. Continue and perform its short-range connection function, Therefore, it is necessary to study the residents' sustainable use intention to find ways to enhance the residents' sustainable use intention. Based on this, through combing and summing up the domestic and foreign literature, it is found that there are few researches on the intention of sustainable use of bicycle rental and public transport combination travel in the existing theory. First of all, Based on the analysis of the current situation of bicycle use and the mode of bicycle use in rental sites in Beijing, the external factors affecting the combined travel of leased bicycles and public transport are roughly sorted out. Then, using the research framework of information system, mobile reading, consumer goods, planning behavior theory of social psychology and service quality in the field of service, we can draw lessons from the research framework of information system, mobile reading, consumer goods, etc. The research results of satisfaction and customer loyalty build a comprehensive model of the intention of sustainable use of the combination of rental bicycles and public transport. The model improves the external factors on the basis of previous analysis and divides the external factors into the demographic characteristics of travelers. Travel characteristics and travel environment characteristics of three aspects. Then, by designing the questionnaire, using SPSS and AMOS21.0 software to process the data, the model is verified and analyzed. The results show that: rental bicycle service quality, overall satisfaction, attitude, Subjective norms and perceptual behavior control have a direct impact on the intention of sustainable use, relatively speaking, subjective norms have the most significant effect on the intention of sustainable use. Finally, on the premise of the establishment of the comprehensive model, the statistical characteristics of the traveler's population are analyzed respectively. A multi-group structural equation model of continuous use intention is constructed from three aspects: travel characteristics and traffic travel environment characteristics. The results show that: for different types of travelers, The most important factors that affect the intention of sustainable use will be different. It provides a theoretical basis for operators and managers to implement differentiation strategies from the aspects of planning, design and management.
