石安高速公路预制拼装梁桥加固与扩宽拼接技术研究

【摘要】:既有的公路桥梁修建于不同的各个时期,且多数已年代久远,其建筑材料质量落后,设计荷载等级偏低,许多桥梁已经无法满足目前大交通量的需求。为此,,本文结合石安高速公路典型桥型开展对既有桥型开展加固改造与扩宽拼接研究。 首先,针对既有桥梁的承载能力进行评定,综合考虑极限状态、正常使用极限状态和抗震要求等影响因素后,评定既有桥梁在85规范或04规范公路荷载作用下,其极限承载能力能否满足受力要求。 其次,针对不满足承载力要求的桥梁结构提出可靠的加固改造措施,使桥梁的抗弯和抗剪承载力满足正常使用要求,并分析加固后结构的极限承载力能否达到了正常的使用要求。 然后,对不满足使用功能要求的桥梁进行扩宽拼接研究,提出典型桥型的扩宽拼接方案,并对拼接设计方案进行结构验算及承载力分析。 总之,通过既有典型桥梁的加固及扩宽拼接设计研究,提出常规既有桥梁的扩宽加固的设计方法、适用条件、设计要点、步骤等,能够为既有桥梁的扩宽加固提供重要的理论依据和技术支撑。
[Abstract]:Existing highway bridges are built in different periods, most of them are old, the quality of building materials is backward, the design load is low, many bridges can not meet the needs of large traffic volume. Combined with typical bridge type of Shi'an Expressway, this paper studies on strengthening and widening joint of existing bridge type. First of all, the bearing capacity of existing bridges is evaluated. After considering the limit state, normal use limit state and seismic requirements, the existing bridges are evaluated under the load of the 85 or 04 code highway. Its ultimate bearing capacity can meet the stress requirements. Secondly, for the bridge structure which does not meet the requirements of bearing capacity, a reliable reinforcement and renovation measures are proposed to make the flexural and shear bearing capacity of the bridge meet the normal service requirements. And analyze whether the ultimate bearing capacity of the strengthened structure can meet the normal requirements. Then, the widening splicing of bridges which do not meet the functional requirements is studied, and the widening splicing scheme of typical bridges is put forward, and the structural checking calculation and carrying capacity analysis of the splicing design scheme are carried out. In a word, through the study of strengthening and widening joint design of existing typical bridges, the design method, applicable conditions, design essentials and steps of widening and strengthening of conventional existing bridges are put forward. It can provide important theoretical basis and technical support for widening and strengthening of existing bridges.
