公路网县域微循环系统规划布局研究

【摘要】:在县域的城镇建设和发展过程中,县域公路网几乎承担着绝大部分的交通运输,对其科学合理的规划布局至关重要。因此,本文在新型城镇化的背景下,把县域公路网作为整个公路网系统的微循环系统,,对公路网县域微循环系统的规划布局进行深入的研究探讨。 本文以县域为研究主体,把微循环系统的概念应用于县域公路网中,凸显了县域公路网在国家公路网中的重要地位和突出作用,从宏观层面进一步阐述了其规划的目标和含义。主要的研究内容和成果包括以下四个方面: (1)界定了公路网县域微循环系统的概念和范围,结合县域的基本特点,系统分析了公路网县域微循环系统的特性和存在的问题。 (2)结合县域公路网的特性分析,提出了适合公路网县域微循环系统的需求预测方法。 (3)在对公路网县域微循环系统的发展规模预测方法和传统的县域公路网规划布局方法适用性分析的基础上,对传统的节点重要度模型和一般节点层次的路段重要度模型进行了改进,提出了以投资效益和公路网总量程为约束条件的最佳规模路网模型,并把树杈形路网和三角形路网相结合提出了适合公路网县域微循环系统的规划布局形式。 (4)把本文提出的研究理论和方法应用到沙洋县的公路网规划中,充分论证了该理论和方法的可行性和实用性,对我国县域公路网发展模式的研究探索具有重要的实践参考价值。
[Abstract]:In the process of town construction and development in the county area, the highway network in the county area is almost responsible for most of the traffic and transportation, which is very important for its scientific and reasonable planning and layout. Therefore, this paper, in the context of the new urbanization, Taking the county highway network as the microcirculation system of the whole highway network, the planning and layout of the county area microcirculation system of the highway network are deeply studied. In this paper, the concept of microcirculation system is applied to the county highway network, which highlights the important position and prominent role of the county highway network in the national highway network. The main research contents and achievements include the following four aspects:. In this paper, the concept and scope of county microcirculation system in highway network are defined, and the characteristics and existing problems of county microcirculation system in highway network are systematically analyzed in combination with the basic characteristics of county area. 2) based on the analysis of the characteristics of county highway network, a demand forecasting method suitable for county area microcirculation system is put forward. 3) based on the analysis of the applicability of the development scale prediction method of county microcirculation system and the traditional layout method of county highway network planning, The traditional node importance model and the general node level road section importance model are improved, and the optimal scale road network model with investment benefit and total highway network path as the constraint condition is put forward. Combining the forked road network with the triangular road network, the planning and layout of the microcirculation system in the county area of the highway network is put forward. 4) applying the research theory and method proposed in this paper to the highway network planning in Shayang county, the feasibility and practicability of the theory and method are fully demonstrated, which has important practical reference value for the research and exploration of the development mode of the highway network in the county area of our country.
