沥青混合料工作性及其影响因素试验研究

【摘要】:在分析沥青混合料工作性与路用性能关系的基础上,通过和易性试验机进行室内试验分别研究和易性试验机、沥青结合料、集料级配等因素对沥青混合料工作性的影响,并对温度、级配等进行了单因素敏感性分析。结果表明:相同级配下,结合料粘度越大混合料的工作性越差,反之越好;对于不同级配的混合料工作性,由于粗集料含量、细集料含量、沥青用量的不同,导致混合料工作性差异较大;最大公称粒径大越大,混合料的工作性越差;而最大公称粒径相同,粗集料含量相同的混合料,细型级配的混合料工作性较差;SBS改性沥青在135~150℃温度区间混合料的工作性最为敏感,而普通的壳牌90#基质沥青在120~135℃较为敏感。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the relationship between the workability of asphalt mixture and the performance of road, the laboratory tests are carried out on the workability of asphalt mixture, and the influence of the factors such as the workability of asphalt mixture, asphalt binder and aggregate gradation on the workability of asphalt mixture is studied respectively by laboratory test machine, asphalt binder, aggregate gradation and so on. The results show that the greater the viscosity of the binder, the worse the workability of the mixture is, and the better the workability of the mixture with different gradation is due to the content of coarse aggregate. The greater the maximum nominal particle size, the worse the workability of the mixture; the greater the maximum nominal particle size, the worse the workability of the mixture, while the mixture with the same maximum nominal particle size and the same coarse aggregate content, The workability of fine graded mixture is worse than that of SBS modified asphalt at the temperature range of 135 ~ 150 鈩,
