基于正交灰关联分析法的温拌橡胶沥青性能影响因素研究

【摘要】：针对影响温拌橡胶沥青性质因素众多,为研究各因素对其的影响规律,该文采用不同胶粉掺量、搅拌温度、搅拌时间、温拌剂掺量,利用正交试验设计方法进行试验室温拌橡胶沥青制备,分析各因素对橡胶沥青影响权重,同时借助灰关联分析确定各因素所占比例,综合评价温拌橡胶沥青的性能。试验结果表明:胶粉掺量是影响温拌橡胶沥青性质的最主要因素,不同组合下的温拌橡胶沥青性质差异很大,最终确定胶粉掺量20%、搅拌温度200℃、搅拌时间75min、温拌剂掺量0.6%组合方案性质最优。该试验结果可为温拌橡胶沥青应用组合设计提供依据。
[Abstract]:In view of the numerous factors affecting the properties of warm rubber asphalt, in order to study the influence of various factors on the properties of asphalt, different amount of rubber powder, stirring temperature, stirring time and amount of warm mix agent are adopted in this paper. The orthogonal design method is used to prepare rubber asphalt at room temperature. The weight of each factor on rubber asphalt is analyzed, and the proportion of each factor is determined by grey correlation analysis. The experimental results show that the content of rubber powder is the most important factor affecting the properties of warm rubber asphalt, and the properties of warm rubber asphalt under different combinations vary greatly.
