材料热物理参数对沥青路面温度场的影响

【摘要】:为了分析沥青面层材料热物理参数对路面整个深度范围内温度场的影响规律,根据传热学和气象学的基本原理,得出路表面热平衡方程,以实测太阳辐射值、气温、风速作为模型的边界条件,采用ANSYS CFX软件,进行三维数值建模。通过实测数据验证模拟值的准确性,进而分析路面材料的吸收率、导热系数、比热、发射率和密度对沥青路面温度场的影响。结果表明:该CFX计算模型具有较高的精度;同时,为改善高温地区沥青路面温度场,路面材料应具有吸收率小、导热系数小、比热大、发射率大的特点;研究结果可为节能环保型路面的选材与设计奠定基础,并为如何改善沥青路面温度场提供理论依据。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the influence of the thermal physical parameters of asphalt surface material on the temperature field in the whole depth range of pavement, according to the basic principles of heat transfer and meteorology, the outlet surface heat balance equation is obtained to measure the solar radiation value and temperature. The wind speed is used as the boundary condition of the model, and the 3D numerical modeling is carried out by using ANSYS CFX software. The accuracy of the simulated value is verified by the measured data, and the absorptivity, heat conductivity and specific heat of the pavement material are analyzed. The effect of emissivity and density on the temperature field of asphalt pavement is studied. The results show that the CFX calculation model has high accuracy, and in order to improve the temperature field of asphalt pavement in high temperature area, the pavement material should have small absorptivity, small thermal conductivity and high specific heat. The research results can lay a foundation for the selection and design of energy-saving and environment-friendly pavement and provide a theoretical basis for how to improve the temperature field of asphalt pavement.
