【摘要】:当前我国交通发展迅速,中国的工程机械快速发展,相应的工程机械也不断革新。计算机科学技术以及电子技术不断的在其中渗透融合,逐渐的形成新的学科机电一体化,加之伺服液压技术的不断发展和渗透,机电液一体化技术已经逐渐的完善、成熟,使工程车辆进入了高速发展时期。压路机作为修建公路必不可少的工程机械,也得到了极大的发展。新思想,新技术的应用,使得目前先进的双钢轮振动压路机工作效率得到极大的提高,压路机朝着智能化、自动化、高效率化、高质量化、环保节能化快速的前进。本文在双钢轮振动压路机的基础上,对压路机的直线行走与智能洒水系统进行了进一步的改进,使压路机的操作性能作业效率得到了极大的提升。 本文研究的主要工作有: 对压路机进行背景和发展的分析,了解相关技术及未来发展方向; 对压路机的路面压实的方法和机理进行分析,对影响压路机压实质量的因素进行了分析,对压路机作业的机理及路面压实的影响进行深入细致的研究; 压路机直线行走与智能洒水的核心控制器PLC进行了分析,分析其相关功能使用特性,并且进行了程序整体布局与模块化编程,使之能有效对压路机直线行走与智能洒水的相关功能进行控制。 对压路机行走系统的深入研究,设计出一套行之有效的压路机行走系统,利用闭环控制原理,解决了传统压路机在压实过程中出现的直行难题,对压路机的液压转向系统,蟹行系统进行分析,提出一种有创新性的、更有效率的压路机方向控制方法,以便能更好实现转向与直行的功能,为司机驾驶压路机提供了极大的方便。 通过对洒水系统的全新创新设计,使之更节水、更高效、更稳定、操作更便利、更智能化,,解决了压路机在洒水控制上的难题,提升了压路机的自动化智能化。多种设计原理方法的结合,使产品更加人性化。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of transportation in China, the rapid development of construction machinery in China, the corresponding construction machinery is constantly innovating. Computer science and technology and electronic technology are constantly infiltrating into it, forming a new subject of electromechanical integration. In addition, with the continuous development and penetration of servo hydraulic technology, the electromechanical and hydraulic integration technology has been gradually improved and matured, which makes the construction vehicle enter the period of high-speed development. The application of new ideas and new technologies has greatly improved the working efficiency of the current advanced double-wheel vibratory roller, and the roller is becoming more intelligent, automatic, efficient and high-quality. Based on the double steel wheel vibratory roller, the linear walking and intelligent sprinkler system of the roller are further improved in this paper, so that the operational efficiency of the roller has been greatly improved. The main work of this paper is as follows:. Analyze the background and development of the roller, understand the related technology and future development direction; The methods and mechanism of road compaction of road compactor are analyzed, the factors influencing compaction quality of road roller are analyzed, and the working mechanism of road compaction and the influence of road compaction are studied in detail. PLC, the core controller of linear walking and intelligent sprinkling of roller, is analyzed, and its related functional characteristics are analyzed. The overall layout of the program and the modular programming are also carried out. It can effectively control the related functions of linear walking and intelligent sprinkler. A set of effective roller walking system is designed. By using the closed-loop control principle, the problem of the traditional roller in the compaction process is solved, and the hydraulic steering system of the roller is designed. Based on the analysis of crab line system, an innovative and more efficient direction control method of road roller is put forward in order to realize the function of steering and running directly and provide great convenience for the driver to drive the roller. Through the new innovative design of sprinkler system, making it more water-saving, more efficient, more stable, more convenient to operate, more intelligent, solved the difficult problem in sprinkler control of road roller. Improved the automation of road roller intelligent. A combination of design principles and methods to make the product more humanized.
