基于主动式干预的可步行城市策略研究

【摘要】:机动性主导的城市发展模式已经造成了严重的城市问题,适宜步行的城市建设逐渐受到重视。本文系统回顾了可步行城市的发展历程,指出可步行城市建设的价值,同时从城市规划的角度出发,在城市和区域、社区、街道三个层面提出可步行城市的主动式干预策略。最后建议加强学科间的协作、政策法规的制定及教育宣传来共同建设可步行的城市。
[Abstract]:The urban development mode dominated by mobility has caused serious urban problems, and the construction of walkable cities has been paid more and more attention. This paper systematically reviews the development course of walkable cities, and points out the value of walkable city construction. At the same time, from the perspective of urban planning, the active intervention strategies of walkable cities are put forward at the three levels of city and district, community and street. Finally, it is suggested to strengthen the collaboration among disciplines. The formulation of policies and regulations and educational publicity to build walkable cities together.
