乳化沥青厂拌冷再生技术研究与工程应用

【摘要】:乳化沥青厂拌冷再生技术具有旧料利用率高,冷拌冷铺、经济、节能环保等特点,因而受到广泛关注。本文从辽宁省现有厂拌冷再生技术的实体工程应用状况调查出发,系统总结了成功的经验和存在的问题,通过大量室内试验研究,修正了厂拌冷再生技术配合比方法,评价了乳化沥青厂拌冷再生混合料路用性能。并采用有限元分析方法分析该种材料的路面结构力学响应,进而成功铺筑了试验路段。得到研究结论如下:在辽宁省应用厂拌冷再生技术的实体工程中选定代表性路段进行现场调研,通过芯样厚度、交通量变化、级配和沥青含量等室内试验分析研究,得到目前厂拌冷再生材料主要应用于下面层及基层,应用效果较好,芯样的各项指标达到规范要求。论文采用横向对比、正交试验等方法对乳化沥青厂拌冷再生材料的最佳含水率、击实成型与养生方法等进行了深入研究。结果表明:马歇尔双面击实100次与土工击实均能准确测得最佳含水率;水泥含量为1.5%,第一次双面击实100次,60℃烘箱养护2h再双面击实25次后测定试件的各项性能指标效果更佳;混合料的高温、抗水损害等路用性能均满足现行规范的技术要求。采用净现值法进行寿命周期成本分析,对比了厂拌冷再生材料、普通热拌沥青混合料、贯入式沥青混合料三者的经济效益,并进行社会和环境效益评价。结果表明:厂拌冷再生材料的使用寿命期末的总价值均高于其他两种材料,经济、社会和环境效益显著。应用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,分析比较不同材料作为下面层结构内部受力特点。对比不同厚度、不同层位的冷再生结构层层底受力状况。模拟计算结果为厂拌冷再生材料受拉应力较小,结构稳定。冷再生材料作为下面层需要大于6cm,适用于二级及以下轻交通等级公路。冷再生材料作为柔性基层时需要大于8cm,适用于一级及以下轻中交通等级公路。以辽宁省抚顺市环路改造工程为依托,铺筑了乳化沥青厂拌冷再生试验路段,经过3次路面技术状况检测,试验路段的各项指标良好。
[Abstract]:The cold recycling technology of emulsified asphalt factory mix has the characteristics of high utilization ratio of used materials, cold mixing shop, economy, energy saving and environmental protection, so it has attracted wide attention. This paper starts from the investigation of the actual engineering application of the existing plant mix cold recycling technology in Liaoning Province. The successful experience and existing problems are summarized systematically. Through a large number of laboratory experiments, the mix proportion method of cold regeneration technology for factory mixing is modified. The pavement performance of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture was evaluated, and the mechanical response of the pavement structure was analyzed by finite element method. The conclusions are as follows: in the solid engineering of plant mix cold regeneration technology in Liaoning Province, the representative road sections are selected for field investigation, and the changes of core thickness and traffic volume are adopted. Through the laboratory test and analysis of gradation and asphalt content, it is concluded that the main reclaimed materials are mainly used in the lower layer and the base, and the application effect is good, and the core samples meet the requirements of the specifications. The optimum moisture content, compaction molding and health preservation of emulsified asphalt cold regenerated materials were studied by orthogonal test. The results show that the best moisture content can be measured accurately by 100 times of Marshall double-side compaction and geotechnical compaction.
