适应城市道路景观要求的特殊结构物施工安全关键技术研究

【摘要】:矮塔斜拉桥作为一种介于斜拉桥和连续梁桥之间的一种新型的桥梁结构,以其美观的结构外形、优越的经济指标和良好的受力性能,在国内外得到了广泛的应用。矮塔斜拉桥施工过程监控是保证施工安全以及保证结构运营期间正常使用性、耐久性及安全性的重要方法。并且,该桥型一般采用悬臂浇筑的方法施工,施工方案对桥梁施工的精度要求较高。因此,矮塔斜拉桥施工监控的研究对于该桥型的建设施工具有指导意义。 本文以新建的来宾永鑫大桥为工程背景,对矮塔斜拉桥施工监控的相关问题进行了一些探讨。本文的主要研究内容包括: ①介绍了矮塔斜拉桥的定义和特点,从跨径布置、受力特点和经济跨径等几个方面对比了矮塔斜拉桥和传统斜拉桥及连续梁(刚构)桥的区别和联系;收集和总结了矮塔斜拉桥的起源和国内外发展状况;详细地综述了现阶段矮塔斜拉桥施工监控的研究概况。 ②介绍了矮塔斜拉桥施工监控的原则,并从施工监测和施工控制两个方面阐述了施工监控的具体内容;研究了施工控制的方法和原理,通过不同方法适用性的比选确定了永鑫大桥施工控制的方法。总结了施工控制精度的各种影响因素,并结合永鑫大桥的特点提出了一些施工监控中相对应的措施和注意事项。 ③运用空间有限单元软件建立了永鑫大桥施工监测计算的全桥模型,采用正装法按照施工方案进行施工阶段仿真分析,计算各个施工工况下桥梁结构的内力与变形及索力情况,并在施工过程中同步进行参数的识别分析,对监控模型进行修正;用ANSYS建立了永鑫大桥15#块主梁横隔板的实体局部模型,计算各施工阶段主梁横桥向应力情况;通过和监测计算结果的对比分析,总结了误差的来源。 ④研究了矮塔斜拉桥施工监测的内容和方法,通过永鑫大桥监测数据和计算数据的对比,分析了误差的主要来源,总结了永鑫大桥施工监控过程中的经验和教训。 ⑤对本文主要研究工作进行了总结,并对后续研究进行了展望。以期望进一步推动矮塔斜拉桥施工监控技术方法的发展,为后续的矮塔斜拉桥的建设提经验总结。
[Abstract]:As a new type of bridge structure between cable-stayed bridge and continuous girder bridge, low tower cable-stayed bridge has been widely used at home and abroad for its beautiful structure shape, superior economic index and good mechanical performance.The monitoring of construction process of cable-stayed bridge with low tower is an important method to ensure construction safety, normal use, durability and safety of structure during operation.The cantilever pouring method is generally used in the construction of the bridge, and the construction scheme requires high precision of the bridge construction.Therefore, the study of construction monitoring of low tower cable-stayed bridge has guiding significance for the construction of the bridge type.Taking the newly built Yongxin Bridge as the engineering background, this paper discusses some problems related to the construction monitoring of the cable-stayed bridge with low tower.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1. The definition and characteristics of the low tower cable-stayed bridge are introduced. The differences and connections between the low tower cable-stayed bridge and the traditional cable-stayed bridge as well as the continuous beam (rigid frame) bridge are compared from the aspects of span arrangement, stress characteristics and economic span.This paper collects and summarizes the origin of the cable-stayed bridge with low tower and its development at home and abroad, and summarizes in detail the research situation of the construction monitoring of the cable-stayed bridge with low tower at present.2. This paper introduces the principle of construction monitoring of cable-stayed bridge with low tower, expounds the concrete contents of construction monitoring from two aspects of construction monitoring and construction control, and studies the method and principle of construction control.The construction control method of Yongxin Bridge is determined by comparing the applicability of different methods.This paper summarizes various factors affecting construction control precision, and puts forward some corresponding measures and points for attention in construction monitoring combined with the characteristics of Yongxin Bridge.(3) the full-bridge model of Yongxin Bridge construction monitoring calculation is established by using space finite element software, and the internal force, deformation and cable force of the bridge structure under various construction conditions are calculated by using the normal fitting method to carry out the simulation analysis in the construction stage according to the construction plan.In the process of construction, the parameters are identified and analyzed synchronously, the monitoring model is revised, and the solid local model of the main beam diaphragm of Yongxin Bridge 15# block is established by ANSYS to calculate the stress of the main beam transverse bridge in each stage of construction.The source of error is summarized by comparing with the result of monitoring calculation.4. The contents and methods of construction monitoring of low tower cable-stayed bridge are studied. Through the comparison of monitoring data and calculation data of Yongxin Bridge, the main sources of errors are analyzed, and the experience and lessons in the construction monitoring process of Yongxin Bridge are summarized.5. The main research work of this paper is summarized, and the future research is prospected.In order to further promote the development of the construction monitoring technology of the cable-stayed bridge with low tower, the experience of the construction of the cable-stayed bridge with low tower is summarized.
