天津同安道人行天桥项目进度控制研究

【摘要】:由于近年来我国政府的改革内容不断深化,建筑行业的相关方面也做了很多尝试和努力,尤其是对工程项目代建制的试行,工程项目代建制主要是由政府进行招标,选择具有相应资质和专业化水平的工程建设单位对拟建设项目进行建设和管理的过程,全国各个地方的代建制模式试行使得代建制模式在中国工程领域有了很大的发展和进步,代建制模式的运用在市政工程领域施行得尤其广泛。另一方面,由于我国机构体制庞大,多年来,政府投资项目存在很大管理漏洞,项目资金流失严重,因此如何对政府投资项目展开良好的投资控制是值得很好的研究的。 随着我国社会生产力的发展,建筑行业表现出繁荣发展的蓬勃生气,但是我国项目成本管理,尤其是项目成本控制水平十分有限,存在一系列的问题和不足,包括内部机制不健全,控制手段不明朗,效果不明显,责任分配不明确,考核机制不健全等等。所以对项目进度控制的研究和进度控制措施的尝试是十分有必要的。在进度控制过程中应该辨识项目资金支出与相应完成的实际工作之间的关系,有效的进度控制主要是要对经过批准的成本绩效基准及其变更进行管理。 通过对天津市政建设发展有限公司承建的天津市市政工程——天津市同安道人行天桥工程项目的进度控制,一方面分析该项目成本控制的影响因素,通过分析建设单位的内部控制机制,公司内部定额,以及项目的内外部环境等提出对项目的进度控制影响比较大的敏感性因素;另一方面则是分析进行有效进度控制的措施,通过对在项目建设过程中具体采取的进度控制方法的分析,寻找有效的进度控制方法;而后是分析人行天桥工程项目进行进度控制取得的效果,,通过效果的分析,可以明确肯定进行有效进度控制的价值。
[Abstract]:Because of the deepening of the government reform in recent years, the related aspects of the construction industry have also made a lot of attempts and efforts, especially the trial of the construction project agent system, which is mainly carried out by the government bidding.The process of selecting engineering construction units with corresponding qualifications and specialized levels to carry out construction and management of the projects to be constructed. The trial implementation of the agent system model in various parts of the country has made great progress in the field of engineering in China.The application of agent system mode is especially widespread in the field of municipal engineering.On the other hand, because of the huge institutional system, for many years, the government investment projects have great management loopholes, project capital loss is serious, so how to carry out good investment control of government investment projects is worthy of a good study.With the development of our country's social productive forces, the construction industry is flourishing and developing vigorously. However, the level of project cost management, especially project cost control, is very limited in our country, and there are a series of problems and deficiencies.Including the internal mechanism is not perfect, the control method is not clear, the effect is not obvious, the responsibility distribution is not clear, the appraisal mechanism is not perfect and so on.Therefore, it is necessary to study the project schedule control and try the schedule control measures.In the progress control process, the relationship between the project capital expenditure and the corresponding actual work should be identified. The effective schedule control is mainly to manage the approved cost performance benchmark and its changes.Through the progress control of Tianjin Tongan Road pedestrian Flyover Project, which is built by Tianjin Municipal Construction Development Co., Ltd., on the one hand, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the cost control of this project.Through the analysis of the internal control mechanism of the construction unit, the internal quota of the company, and the internal and external environment of the project, the paper puts forward the sensitive factors which have great influence on the progress control of the project; on the other hand, it analyzes the measures to carry out the effective progress control.Through the analysis of the schedule control method adopted in the construction process of the project, the effective progress control method is found, and then the effect of the progress control of the pedestrian overpass project is analyzed, through the analysis of the effect,The value of effective progress control can be clearly affirmed.
