【摘要】:TBM是集机械、液压、电子、激光技术为一体的大型工厂化隧道施工作业系统。TBM法具有掘进速度快、施工工期短、对生态环境友好、作业环境好、综合效益高等优点,随着我国大规模基础设施的建设,TBM将扮演越来越重要的角色。从TBM选用原则、TBM类型选择、主要技术参数的确定、主要部件的选用、辅助后配套系统的选型等方面对TBM选型设计进行介绍。分析了极硬岩、软弱变形围岩、岩爆、突水突泥、断层破碎带等不良地质的危害及TBM安全通过技术。介绍了TBM掘进导向系统的重要作用,从坐标系统及偏差定义、系统构成及原理、系统硬件、系统软件等方面介绍了两种常用的掘进导向系统,PPS激光导向系统和VMT激光导向系统。介绍了TBM隧道施工通风的任务和要求、隧道通风方式、隧道通风量、风管系统阻力、热平衡等问题。对比了连续皮带机出渣与内燃机牵引有轨出渣的优缺点,分别介绍了两种出渣方式的系统构成、工作原理、维护保养等内容。
[Abstract]:TBM is a large-scale industrial tunnel construction system with mechanical, hydraulic, electronic and laser technology as a whole. It has the advantages of fast tunneling speed, short construction period, friendly to ecological environment, good working environment and high comprehensive benefit.With the construction of large-scale infrastructure in China, TBM will play a more and more important role.This paper introduces the selection of TBM type, the determination of main technical parameters, the selection of main components and the selection of auxiliary supporting system.The harm of bad geology such as extreme hard rock, soft deformation surrounding rock, rock burst, water inrush and mud outburst, fault fracture zone, etc., and the safety passing technology of TBM are analyzed.This paper introduces the important function of TBM heading guidance system, and introduces two kinds of commonly used tunneling guiding systems, such as coordinate system and deviation definition, system constitution and principle, system hardware, system software and so on.This paper introduces the tasks and requirements of TBM tunnel construction ventilation, tunnel ventilation mode, tunnel ventilation volume, air duct system resistance, heat balance and so on.The advantages and disadvantages of continuous belt machine slag extraction and internal combustion engine traction rail slag extraction are compared. The system structure, working principle, maintenance and maintenance of the two slag extraction modes are introduced respectively.
