公路隧道双洞互补式通风适用性及应用研究

【摘要】:随着我国公路隧道建设事业的发展,积极响应国家节能减排的号召,公路隧道通风领域势必会出现新的运行理念和结构形式,双洞互补式通风便是其中之一。该通风方式充分利用了隧道上下行存在的较大通风差异,采用了“双洞互补”的原理,巧妙地解决了隧道通风需要修建竖井的问题,有着良好的社会和经济效益。 双洞互补式通风理论研究尚处于初期阶段,虽在工程实际中得以应用,但对其适用性以及具体运行模式还有待于进一步探讨。本文则基于双洞互补式通风的基本原理,重点围绕其适用性展开研究,并结合具体工程实际应用,通过需风量计算分析,给出了互补式通风的适用条件,包括隧址环境、隧道长度、隧道纵坡以及交通量等影响条件;此外,本文还建立了互补式通风换气系统的三维立体模型,并利用计算流体力学软件Fluent对其运行效果进行了数值模拟,更深入地验证了互补式通风的适用性;紧接着,,本文还以应用双洞互补式通风系统的大别山隧道为工程依托,对其进行了交通量、风速及污染物浓度等现场实测,分析了不同工况下隧道通风运行情况,并将实测结果与数值模拟结果进行了对比分析。 本文通过以上分析总结,在双洞互补式通风适用性及运营方面得到了一系列有益的结论,对双洞互补式通风的推广应用有一定的现实意义,并为大别山隧道等实际应用工程的运营管理提供了一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:With the development of highway tunnel construction in China, and in response to the call of national energy saving and emission reduction, new operational concepts and structural forms will inevitably emerge in the field of highway tunnel ventilation, one of which is the complementary ventilation with two holes.This ventilation mode makes full use of the large ventilation difference between the upper and lower tunnels, adopts the principle of "two holes complementing", and skillfully solves the problem that the shaft needs to be built in the tunnel ventilation. It has good social and economic benefits.Although the theory of complementary ventilation of double holes is still in the initial stage, it is applied in engineering practice, but its applicability and operation mode still need to be further discussed.Based on the basic principle of two-hole complementary ventilation, this paper focuses on its applicability. Combined with the practical application of specific projects, the suitable conditions of complementary ventilation, including tunnel environment, are given through the calculation and analysis of air demand.In addition, the three-dimensional model of complementary ventilation and air exchange system is established, and the numerical simulation of its operation effect is carried out by using the computational fluid dynamics software Fluent.The applicability of complementary ventilation is verified more deeply. Then, based on the Dabie Mountain Tunnel with a two-hole complementary ventilation system, the field measurements of traffic volume, wind speed and pollutant concentration are carried out.The tunnel ventilation operation under different working conditions is analyzed, and the measured results are compared with the numerical simulation results.Through the above analysis and summary, a series of beneficial conclusions have been obtained in the applicability and operation of dual hole complementary ventilation, which has certain practical significance for the popularization and application of double hole complementary ventilation.It also provides a certain reference value for the operation and management of Dabie Mountain Tunnel and other practical application projects.
