TTYJ900运架一体机力学分析与设计

【摘要】:在我国的“十二五”规划中,提出了“建设以西部为重点的开发性铁路”的战略措施,,将其作为重点项目进行开发和建设。西南和西北多为山地地形,运架一体机的结构特点很好的适应桥隧相连的特殊工作环境。本文根据桥梁施工的要求,研究出一种新型双主梁型运架一体机,并对其受力特点、三维仿真及试验结果等进行了研究。本文主要研究内容如下: 分析了高速铁路施工对混凝土箱梁整体通过性的要求;阐述了分离式运架设备在整体运输箱梁通过隧道方面的不足和缺点;通过对比,指出了运架一体机的结构特点及其在桥隧相连的桥梁架设施工中的优势。 研究了运架一体机的施工工法,比较了单梁型和双梁型运架一体机在结构和功能上的差异;指出了单梁型运架一体机在施工中遇到的如重载运行稳定性弱、变跨操作复杂等问题,对其进行了优化设计并应用于实践,加强了其运行的稳定性和安全性。 建立了运架一体机三维结构的受力分析模型,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件进行受力仿真分析,得出了不同工况下的计算数据,为受力结构的优化设计提供了依据;比较了理论计算和仿真分析数值结果,验证了理论分析的正确性。 研究了高速铁路桥梁施工中如隧道口的零距离架梁等问题,在双主梁型运架一体机的研发基础上,对一些较为特殊的施工工法进行了局部的优化和改进。 最后,针对运架一体机的厂内试验和现场应用中出现的问题,进行了分析、总结及改造,并对今后的设计提出了一些优化建议。
[Abstract]:In the "12th Five-Year Plan" of our country, the strategic measures of "constructing the development railway with the western region as the emphasis" are put forward, and it is regarded as the key project to carry on the development and the construction.The southwest and northwest are mostly mountainous terrain, the structural characteristics of the aircraft are very good to adapt to the bridge and tunnel connected with the special working environment.According to the requirements of bridge construction, this paper presents a new type of double main girder integrated machine, and studies its mechanical characteristics, three-dimensional simulation and test results.The main contents of this paper are as follows:This paper analyzes the requirements of the high-speed railway construction for the overall passage of concrete box girder, expounds the shortcomings and shortcomings of the separated transport frame equipment in the overall transportation of the box girder through the tunnel, and compares it with each other.This paper points out the structural characteristics of the integrated machine and its advantages in the construction of the bridge connected with the bridge and tunnel.This paper studies the construction method of the integrated frame conveyer, compares the structural and functional differences between the single beam type and the double beam integrated machine, and points out that the stability of the single beam transport frame integrated machine is weak in the construction, such as the heavy load operation stability is weak,In order to improve the stability and safety of the variable span operation, the optimization design and its application in practice are presented in this paper.The stress analysis model of the three-dimensional structure of the integrated machine is established, and the force simulation analysis is carried out by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS, and the calculation data under different working conditions are obtained, which provides the basis for the optimization design of the mechanical structure.The correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by comparing the numerical results of theoretical calculation and simulation analysis.In this paper, some problems such as zero distance beam erection at the tunnel entrance are studied. Based on the research and development of the double main girder integrated machine, some special construction methods are locally optimized and improved.Finally, in view of the problems in in-plant test and field application, the paper analyzes, summarizes and rebuilds the problems, and puts forward some optimization suggestions for the design in the future.
