高清电子警察系统的分析与设计

【摘要】:公安部提出“科技强警”的号召之后,各类形式的道路记录和监测系统应势而生,其中最重要的系统就是高清电子警察系统。高清电子警察系统的应用可以大大提高机动车驾驶员的自觉性,增强安全意识,减少因闯红灯违章行为而造成的事故、堵塞和交通混乱,提高交通路口的车辆通行速度,保证道路畅通。 论文针对当前公安交通管理部门对道路交通管理的实际需求,完成了高清电子警察系统的需求分析、系统设计。首先对高清电子警察系统的研究背景进行调查,对需要解决的问题进行描述,,给出了其研究意义,分析了高清电子警察系统的国内外发展现状。在系统需求分析阶段,给出了高清电子警察系统的建设原则、系统功能需求、中心管理平台需求。将系统功能需求总结为三点:违法抓拍准确高效、违法数据清晰有效、卡口式电子警察,并给出了中心管理平台的主要业务流程分析、角色分析、软件功能分析。在系统总体设计阶段,对系统进行总体介绍,并阐述系统工作方式、工作原理与拓扑结构。对闯红灯抓拍和卡口记录过程进行描述,将系统的组成分为前端子系统、网络传输子系统和中心管理平台。在系统详细设计阶段,给出了系统前端子系统组成、前端子系统功能、前端主要设备参数、传输网络子系统设计、中心管理平台子系统设计。列出了前端子系统组成结构图,将前端子系统分为红灯信号检测单元、图像检测抓拍单元、识别处理单元、网络传输单元,并给出了系统所使用的高清网络摄像机、嵌入式车牌识别主机等主要设备的参数。利用面向对像的方法及UML模型图、E-R图完成了中心管理平台子系统的功能设计和数据库设计。在系统软件实现部分对系统的界面设计、关键代码和程序流程图进行描述。最后是论文的总结与展望。 本系统的设计可以满足前公安交通管理部门对道路交通管理的需求,可以达到有效地抑制机动车驾驶员的违章行为的目的。
[Abstract]:After the Ministry of Public Security called for "strengthening the police with science and technology", various forms of road recording and monitoring systems came into being, the most important of which was the high-definition electronic police system.The application of high-definition electronic police system can greatly improve the consciousness of motor vehicle drivers, enhance safety awareness, reduce accidents caused by the violation of red lights, jam and traffic chaos, and improve the speed of traffic crossing.Keep the roads clear.According to the actual demand of the traffic management department of the public security, the paper has completed the demand analysis and the system design of the high-definition electronic police system.Firstly, the research background of HD electronic police system is investigated, the problems that need to be solved are described, its research significance is given, and the development status of HD electronic police system at home and abroad is analyzed.In the stage of system requirement analysis, the construction principle, system function requirement and central management platform requirement of high definition electronic police system are given.The functional requirements of the system are summarized as follows: accurate and efficient illegal capture, clear and effective illegal data, bayonet electronic police, and the main business process analysis, role analysis and software function analysis of the central management platform.In the stage of overall design, the system is introduced, and the working mode, working principle and topological structure of the system are described.This paper describes the process of red light capture and bayonet recording, and divides the system into front-end subsystem, network transmission subsystem and central management platform.In the detailed design stage of the system, the system composition of the system front terminal, the function of the front end subsystem, the main equipment parameters of the front end, the design of the transmission network subsystem and the design of the central management platform subsystem are given.The front subsystem is divided into red light signal detection unit, image detection and capture unit, recognition processing unit, network transmission unit, and the high-definition network camera used in the system is given.Embedded license plate recognition host and other main equipment parameters.The function design and database design of the central management platform subsystem are completed by using the object-oriented method and the E-R diagram of the UML model diagram.The interface design, key code and program flow chart of the system are described in the part of system software implementation.The last part is the conclusion and prospect of the thesis.The design of the system can meet the needs of the former public security traffic management department for road traffic management, and can effectively restrain the illegal behavior of motor vehicle drivers.
