机械式立体停车设备系统研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济的快速发展,,城市汽车保有量不断增加,使得我国城市停车难现象日益加剧。机械式立体停车设备占地少、布局灵活、高效节能,成为解决停车难问题的重要途径。本文通过对国内停车场停车现状和立体停车设备使用情况的调查分析,综合各种类型车库的工作原理和优缺点,同时考虑到研发成本和维修,以应用最为广泛的升降横移式立体车库为研究对象,对车库进行结构优化设计和分析。 本文结合实际工程项目,选择三层三列式车库结构为研究模型。首先,简单介绍了车库的主体结构和特点,根据车库设计要求对立体车库的钢结构框架、传动系统和载车板进行结构设计;其次,根据升降横移式立体车库的工作运行原理,对车库钢结构框架的主要受力部件进行有限元分析,并在此基础上进行合理优化,保证了车库的安全性。最后,利用三维设计软件对两种型式的载车板进行三维实体建模和装配,得到载车板的三维模型;运用有限元分析方法,对拼装式和整体式载车板进行静力分析,获得载车板的应力及应变随车板厚度变化的规律,为载车板的结构设计和改进提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy, the number of urban cars is increasing, which makes the phenomenon of parking difficulty in our country more and more serious.Mechanical stereoscopic parking equipment occupies less space, has flexible layout, and is an important way to solve the problem of parking.Through the investigation and analysis of the parking situation and the use of the three-dimensional parking equipment in the domestic parking lot, this paper synthesizes the working principle, advantages and disadvantages of various types of garage, and considers the cost and maintenance of the research and development at the same time.In this paper, the structure optimization design and analysis of the lifting and traversing stereoscopic garage, which is widely used, is carried out.In this paper, the three-story and three-row garage structure is selected as the research model combined with the actual project.First of all, the main structure and characteristics of the garage are briefly introduced. According to the design requirements of the garage, the structural design of the steel structure frame, transmission system and car-carrying board of the three-dimensional garage is carried out; secondly, according to the working principle of the lifting and traversing stereoscopic garage,Based on the finite element analysis of the main mechanical components of the steel frame of garage, the security of the garage is ensured.Finally, using 3D design software to model and assemble the two types of vehicle loading plate, the three-dimensional model of the loading plate is obtained, and the static analysis of the assembled and integral loading plate is carried out by using the finite element analysis method.The variation of the thickness of the plate with stress and strain is obtained, which provides a reference for the structural design and improvement of the plate.
