桥面环氧覆层路用性能及加铺技术研究

【摘要】:以抗拉强度、伸长率、弹性模量为指标,研究不同种类固化剂对弹性环氧胶黏剂性能的影响,并选取3组固化剂复配的环氧体系进行综合性能测试,对环氧胶黏剂配方进行优化;同时,以洛杉矶磨耗值、磨光值为指标,对骨料进行选择,并从环氧胶黏剂固化产物性能、骨料级配及性能、环氧覆层路用性能方面,对桥面环氧覆层性能进行综合测试。最后,结合工程实际,针对环氧覆层铺装制定相应的施工工艺。研究表明,不同固化剂组合在性能方面会有区别,将自制的改性胺类与韧性酚醛胺复合后,其固化性能较好;同时,作为环氧覆层铺装集料,金刚砂、玄武岩、花岗岩碎石较为适合,而河砂的耐磨性能差。研究可为桥面环氧覆层应用提供一定参考。
[Abstract]:Taking tensile strength, elongation and modulus of elasticity as indexes, the effects of different curing agents on the properties of elastic epoxy adhesives were studied, and the comprehensive properties of epoxy systems with three groups of curing agents were tested.The formulation of epoxy adhesive was optimized. At the same time, with Los Angeles wear value and polishing value as the index, the aggregate was selected, and the properties of epoxy adhesive curing product, aggregate gradation and performance, and the performance of epoxy coating were analyzed.The performance of epoxy coating on bridge deck was comprehensively tested.Finally, according to the engineering practice, the corresponding construction technology is developed for epoxy coating pavement.The results show that different curing agents have different properties. When the modified amines are combined with the tenacity phenolic amines, the curing properties of the modified amines are better, at the same time, as epoxy coating paving aggregates, Emery, basalt,Granite gravel is more suitable, but river sand wear resistance is poor.The study can provide some reference for the application of epoxy coating on bridge deck.
